1: Camby was 4-5 years younger… 28 when he went to Denver, and next playoffs AD will be 33.
2: Camby wasn’t a #2 option… he was in a role like Mitch’s.
3: Using one player’s health history to suggest it’ll be that way for another human being with an entirely different body and injury history, is laughable at best.

Why didn't he get this done as soon as playoffs ended?
He showed his finger on the Roommates podcast. It looked bad, a lot like Trump's ankles. About twice the normal size. After the survery, the bandgages covered his hand like a mitten and his arm was in a sling. He said he couldn't shoot using his normal motion. Must have been Thib's fault.

Re: Who Should Be the 5th Starter?
The best way to win would be to find a way to use a 6th starter.

Mitch didn’t start any of those games. So 20 mpg off the bench is great for him

But it’s worth noting that, during the free-agency process, the Knicks valued Yabusele’s versatility off the bench behind a starting lineup featuring Towns and Robinson. Yabusele was signed before Brown was hired, and, obviously, the new head coach will ultimately decide the starting lineup/rotation for New York. But the fact that the Knicks factored in Yabusele’s role behind a starting lineup featuring Towns and Robinson tells you that there is some internal support for that starting five.

That’s the same exact thing Begley said weeks ago, being quoted by someone else lol
Also still plenty of time for Mitch to get traded if they don’t agree on an extension….

Not sure how I feel with having Kat at the 5 while havibg deuce and jb a 6'2 and 6'1 guy starting in the backcourt at the same time. All for a better offense but..

Worked fine for Cleveland, and Deuce is light years better on D than their guards and has about as long a wingspan as Donovan.
It’s not only for better offense and shooting, it’s to elevate KAT as a mismatch and prevent doubles on JB, and it’s an improvement on defense as Deuce is much better than Hart and it moves Mikal off POA. Also makes the starters a more uptempo unit compared to starting Mitch, which is the way Brown likes it.
I’m really not sure what the people who want Mitch or even Yabu to start were watching all year. The case and the facts have all been made and laid out… don’t understand how people continue to ignore it. It’s really indisputable… if you’re being objective.

No need to worry, the Knicks plan to start Mitchell Robinson at the 5

We need to make a trade a legit starting center. Who is available? Towns needs to go back to the 4.
Brunson
Bridges
OG

Re: Who Should Be the 5th Starter?
Im not sure what we do, so long as Hart isn’t starting anymore..
I think we were a much better team when he was running over the opposing teams bench and Hart starting just seems to muddy the waters for OG and Bridges to be their most impactful selves.
