Honestly besides a good vertical he isn't that athletic. He also has a ridiculously short standing reach for a 6'10 guy

Conditioning from our starters needs a lot of work. And Hart needs to figure out what he should be doing during the other half of basketball if he’s going to start

When healthy:

Towns/Mitch
Precious/Hart
OG/Hart/Shamet
Bridges/McBride
Brunson/Payne

Or start McBride instead of Precious, but Hart to the bench in either case.

Shamet would be the odd-man out in a 9-man rotation.

I have Mitch coming off the bench due to his health and rust, plus at this point of the season (January or later), the Knicks may not want to shake things up that much by moving Towns to the 4 in the starting lineup.
