Kareem/Magic/Worthy best trio I've ever seen...

Well yeah, there's another.

Umm...Jordan, Pippen, Rodman?!

I’d loke to also think: Mailman, Stockton, Hornacek & the Championship Knicks teams too. :dontknow:

It's funny, the second DLo posted that IG pic of him and Kyrie (and followed him on IG), I KNEW the media would start pushing Kyrie to Brooklyn. While that's definitely a pairing that might work, it'd be super risky and could easily not. If Kyrie can team up with KD, Kawhi, AD, or LeBron he would choose them over DLo. Not only are they way better, but they're also just better fits with him.

The Nets are kinda similar to the Celtics the year before they got Kyrie (which is a massive compliment that it pains me to say) and I do wonder how he'd fit. Also, DLo is killing it as their leader and while they should obviously pursue another star or two, it probably should not be a PG (even if DLo is big enough to play SG).

I am not sold on a lot of these top guys as max FAs. Let's assume another team had signed these guys to max contracts. Would you trade for an unhappy, maxed out Irving right now? I think I wouldn't. Nor would I trade for Butler. I think Leonard and Durant are the only true max players in this group.

the curious thing would be if we landed KD and then Kyrie passed and we got Kemba instead

that would shock the world

when you really dive into the numbers, they aren’t. kyrie is an elite efficiency scorer on every level.

kemba is average efficiency on the similar usage (29.7 vs 31.4). and he’s 3 years older. not worth what we would have to pay him imo.

this negative about the NY media is getting overblown. If they know anything about Dolan he doesn't give two **** about the media...which most owners do.

Dolan would ban anyone that even dared to come at one of his prize free agents...

you know I actually thought Kemba was younger than Kyrie

and he should be cheaper too, isnt his max less

not that that should be a decision making factor

Fun fact for anyone unaware: the nets have our second rounder this season after acquiring it from the sixers. The sixers got it from us in a salary dump trade so NY could sign TRAVIS **** WEAR!

NEW YORK, October 27, 2014 –-

New York Knickerbockers President Phil Jackson announced today that the team has traded forward Travis Outlaw to the Philadelphia 76ers for forward Arnett Moultrie.

In addition, Philadelphia received a 2019 second-round draft selection and the option exchange 2018 second-round draft selections.

Thanks, Phil.
