18m/2 yrs. Thats such a huge discount for a pretty solid PG. He has injury concerns but 9m per yr is insanely cheap!

Hopefully Thibs is smart enough to keep both he and Rose on a strict minute limit, with load management on back-to-back games. You want both of these guys healthy for the playoffs.

I could most definitely live with IQ, Mcbride, and Grime getting more mins on rest days or back to backs. Hopefully Thibs not a maniac about not trusting his bench this time. Kids have to squeeze time as it is. Same with Randle, its cool to let him rest and start Obi.. We all know Fournier, Burks and RJ minutes would just go up in that scenario.

Yes I prefer both to play 20ish minutes in the regular season. They can play more when it matters in the postseason. Best to keep them fresh until the playoffs since both are injury prone!

No. Walker will limp through 30-40 games and eat up 20-30 minutes. The young players, will get spot minutes whenever Thibs isn't pitching a fit because they missed one rotation.
