Knicks couldn’t trade for Westbrook, even if they wanted to.
No salaries to match. Gotta wait til after December or trade deadline.

I would be ok with Westbrook if he only had 2 years left because we would still have all that money for summer 2021. but he has freaking 4 years. Nah forget that nonsense. Stay the course perry and mills.

They would ask for several picks back from us, as well as some of our young players ie Knox, RJ, Trier.

You'd be looking at a Knicks team built around Julius Randle, Bobby Portis, and Russell Westbrook.

Y’all know deep down inside Russ is a player this FO will target.

There is no way we sign guys like Portis, Randle and draft a guy like RJ, and not go after a player like Russ.

Of course we would want him. He's got a big name, he's old, he's declining hard, he can't shoot straight, and his entire game relies on his athleticism which is vanishing. He's a perfect Knick.

Wouldn't he technically be the third best small forward because Paul George has played most of his career at the 3.

Doubtful, we didn’t even court Kyrie when he was a free agent, Russ is an even worse leader
