Yea we never fully know 100% of the truth behind the rumors and teams want to save face after talks break down n all, so yea who knows. Main point is tho, that if Mills never cock blocked Phil, we might’ve been able to find out haha.

Let's not act like revisionists here. At the time KP had not had the ACL injury and was considered the Unicorn, the mere fact that Phil wanted to trade him then, got him fired.
If this would have gone down, the media and fans alike would have torched MSG like the Frankenstein movie.

I’m not... I’ve been wanting to trade KP forever... search my post history.. I’ve said it for years. I know there were some here with the same line of thinking... a guy built like Shawn Bradley who tries to play like Kevin Durant... it was inevitable he was going to sustain a major injury... and I was right. Would the majority of fans have felt that way? I dunno, but it was the right move then and that’s why the Zenmaster wanted to do it... if he didn’t have anyone undermining him, he could’ve convinced dumbass Dolan it was the right move I’m sure.

Yeah and if it wasn't the Suns, then the Celtics trade was pretty much just as good (although I think we would have taken Josh Jackson which may have been a mistake as well  ).

We'd have Jaylen, whomever we would have taken at 3, and then the Brooklyn pick the following year which ended up being Sexton but we probably could have used it to move up to take Luka possibly :o

You would have made the right call Bro. But the fan base had turned on Phil by that time and KP was the face of the franchise at the moment.
Perhaps if traded, KP never suffers the injury, becomes an all-NBA power forward and the Knicks just where we are today. Change one thing in time and every things after changes as well.

My question now is, how does Wiseman compare to Ayton? lol

How is that possible with Porzingis's D? Did he sit out that quarter allowing the suns to jump the rest of the team?

Zenmaster undermined his dumbass self. Take that fake news shat out of here.

"it was the right move then and that’s why the Zenmaster wanted to do it..."

LOL is that why he got Rose and Noah? Brought in Fisher and Jeff? There's not much separating Phil and Pills at this point, and I honestly don't know who that comparison is more insulting to.

Don’t come at me sideways and try to take what I said off the rails into some other debate. Phil was right about that move. That’s all I said. You wanna have a debate about his whole entire record... go have it wit someone else cuz that’s not what I’m talkin bout. FOH

I liked how Ayton came out aggressive and showed that the Suns made no mistake taking him over Luka. He also held Luka to 2-8 shooting when he guarded him.

And obligatory KP is trash.

Am so jealous of the Suns.

Just several months ago Suns fans were in despair over their owner and FO.

If you suck for 10 years but keep all your picks, eventually you hit on a few and it works out.

Mills could get 10 picks each of those 10 years and we still wouldn't hit

One of the main reasons why Monty agreed to coach the Suns was that Sarver took full ownership of his past and acknowledged that he wants to be a better owner/person. I don't know if Dolan would ever do that lol
