The team is poorly managed and coached and scouted, exact opposite from TB.

Like I said before, it's Cole and nothing else behind him on this pitching staff. Tanaka is done. Cashman needs a #2 and #3 starters for next season.

They weren't missing any of the meatballs that Tanaka was throwing, but Voit misses a meatball there.
And Judge made a good defensive play early, but he is sleepwalking.

Re: New York Yankees Thread
lol yea Boone is done here. And now our offense wants to not show up at the worst times, every year same old thing. Tanaka is done, go get Bauer and some relievers. This is ridiculous.

I'm more of a numbers guy, but damn I really feel like we lost this series the moment we let JA Happ come into Game 2.

It’s the same thing every year. They are not going to do anything differently.

Got Embarrassed by the Red Sox in 2018 after winning game 1, got embarrassed in 2020 by Tampa after winning game 1 in 2020.

Re: New York Yankees Thread
He talking like that because hes a free agent. Cashman would give him a low offer and strike out on him. Same crap every year.
Yankees look beat down right now. This murderes row crap has to go. Get back to baseball. Pitching and situational hitting.
I can see Cashman saying "We get Sevy back, we have Devi, and German. We trust our guys blah blah lol. leading to him not pulling any moves.

Our hitting is fine. We scored 5 runs in each of last two losses. Our hitting killed bieber, Carrasco and Snell. The problems are our starting pitching And relief pitching. You can have weak starting pitching if you have a strong bullpen like previous years. You cant complete with both bad starting and relief pitching.

Yeah not sure how anybody can blame the hitting. They have put up enough offense against the two best pitching staffs in the American league. The problem is they have 1 good starter in cole and two good bullpen arms..chapman and britton
