I've defended Phil in the past but I'm really starting to hate him. And if he does trade K.P; i will hate him.

Porzingis is our greatest N.Y draft pick since dating back to Ewing. Has top 5 NBA potential moving forward. I just don't get it. You don't trade a player like this... you build around him.

My family is Latvian. Last name of Kasparovics (men) and Kasparovica (woman). Me, my wife, her mom & my daughter we watch all N.Y games together win or lose my wifes mother just loves to see a kid from her Country of Latvia in Porzingis play ball. She fell in love with that kid. Trading away K.P will truly be heartbreaking.

Fk you Phil Jackson.

Hey my son was heartbroken when Lin left (not saying Lin is as good as KP) but he got over it. Any loyal fan will take the heartbreak and keep it moving. Can't pick our parents. Unfortunately was born in NY gift and the curse. I hope we keep KP, but if we get a monster haul Phil is doing what's right for us imho.

Help me out a little bit here because I'm a bit confused. Was there a point this year that PJ made some sort of 'personal' disparaging remark toward Carmelo Anthony? Because to me it seems like his criticisms have been 100% basketball related...and indisputably true. When did the likes of Carmelo Anthony become beyond reproach to one of the most successful minds in basketball history?

...If this is the case, what sort of justification can possibly be acceptable for KP's lack of professionalism? I must be missing something here because I'm not seeing it. He's this upset over a basketball criticism on behalf of another individual?

He could be upset that PJ said in the exit meeting that he doesn't think KP is ready to lead a team either (he's not wrong). Why is everyone rushing to KP's defense in this? He's a big talent but still an extremely raw and unproven one who will have to work very hard to reach his ceiling...and let's not forget, has injury concerns that are not insignificant. If you ask me, PJ isn't exactly stupid in this scenario...If unproven KP wants to drop his professionalism and you can get a king's ransom for him, why the heck not?

I guess Suns want to offer #4, #13, Chriss, Len, Mudiay for KP?

This close to the draft, if a potential KP trade was to have been made, it would have happened by now. Not enough time for something so complex.

If KP isn't traded, tell me what other franchise just floats their best young anchor player annually, knowing it will just further distrust and deteriorate the relationship between front office and player? Has anyone else done this recently with a legit prospect?

You're using common sense, which isn't common at all for Knicks fans.

Woj pretty much just canned any deal for Porzingis... saying Phil is just "punishing" KP for skipping the meeting.

But how long will fans stay loyal when you see the same pattern repeated over and over and over and over again?

Tell me another prospect that blows off his exit meeting and refuses to talk to the team leaders. KP isn't untouchable, and he shouldn't be viewed as such.

He is punishing KP by keeping him with the Knicks.

OBLIGATORY. LOL THE LEGEND HIMSELF. THE HOMER-IST OF ALL HOMERS, NYKMENTALITY!

Hey man. I haven't forgotten. You were never a fan of Derrick Rose. I was. And i was wrong. Way too much injury history there. But i had to see for myself. And i did. I can admit when im wrong.

Rose getting hurt scared me so much so, to the point of scaring me away from drafting Dennis Smith Jr who i love.

Here's to N.Y finally drafting our stud PG of the future tonight!!

If KP is traded, I'm going to have seriously step back from rooting for this team. At least until Phil is fired.

What other "young anchor player" pisses off the front office by ignoring them while having proven jack ****?
