Zubac was a fantastic pickup by SOUL too. There’s history there with the player and GM. SOUL knows what he’s doing. He needed a man in the middle and he got his guy. I had Rozier once and the sim never liked him much. Maybe that has changed. Idk.

it was tough giving up that haul but giddey checked off all the boxes i wanted in a guard if i was giving up JJJ

-locked up for at least 4 years (6 years in this case)
-has a very high ceiling
-already good

there was not much guards in the league who met that criteria. so it was a no brainer for me to pull the trigger on giddey. i am happy JJJ is going to be playing with a solid core on the heat, so he isn't gonna be wasted there

this move probably makes me worse in the short term. but with giddey making a leap and continuing to be better, i think the cavs will be right back in contention for another championship soon.

im looking forward to seeing the team you created in the sim. embiid and dekobe might be a cheat code lol

yeah zubac was a pretty sneaky pick up. i liked that move a lot

Also, Jayson Tatum continues to be the most underrated player in the SIM. 0-8 shooting, 6 points in 31 minutes matched up with Kelly Oubre.

Let the SIM set my lineup and it started Terrence Ross and only gave Poole 7 minutes of garbage time. Interesting.

31 points, the biggest win of the day. Didn't require much PT from my top two guys either. Hopefully he's not hurt, but CP3 gave us 16/12 in only 19 minutes in his first game leading the young fellas. Once I get that last piece (hopefully tomorrow or tonight) my recreation of the BaF 2004 Pistons will be complete.

Let's see how realistic getting a ring with a bunch of 3.5 stars is.

I got the win against a rock solid Jazz team. Trae played great. Siakam had a bad game with 5 fouls in 19 minutes. OO saved the day off the bench with 20/8, one block, and two steals. Allen did some good work as well.
