Alan Hahn just broke down the process of how the draft is done and Hahn is swearing the draw is independently done by Ernst and Young. He's on the inside so ill take his word for it, but yeah. I think it's rigged too

EY has done it for a while. it's legit. there's just always a chance.

you know what was slimmer?

consecutive 20-point comeback Ws in boston. **** happens.

Yeah once Alan said E and Y i was like okay, they don't play around at all based on my dealings with them and how stringent their auditing is.

900 to 1 odds. The chances of the Knicks being up 3-1 with two 20 ppg road comebacks were next to nothing. And yet, I had to check the scores from last night to make sure that this was actually happening and it wasn't a dream.

If I had balls like Brother Context i would have slapped down $1k on the Knicks and rode to Valhalla screaming that I'm rich bitch. This will haunt me for awhile

His skill, in addition to the rebounding, is being one of the best PnR defending 5s in the league. Seems like a valuable skill in the modern NBA.

It affects their offense too. It’s hard to run if you need to throw two bodies at the guy to finish a possession and Josh Hart is around to clean up. Also it’s perfect for the playoffs since the refs are letting dudes play and everyone’s shooting percentages are falling.

But yea…Mitch has a great contract. 14 million this year, 13 million next year (around MLE).

I could see NYK extending Mikal and Mitch so we have this 7-man core together for at least 2-3 more seasons. 3 more cracks at the cup? Yes, please.

May he rest. Maybe we can sub Jayson Williams for him since he actually murdered someone. I have a long sh*t list of people from that organization that I despise.

i idolized jayson williams before the unaliving. st. john's bredrin. came to the hood to talk to kids about navigating life challenges. i was sick when that all went down. had no idea how dark it got with him.

Yeah he was one of my favorites too.

Damn this is a whos who of sht.

I know he wasn't the worst he could play some defense and drive bit bit elf was so bad. His lack of shot fcked the spacing so bad he was unplayable in the playoffs.

Fat Felton was also terrible.

Frank was so disappointing. Just knew straight from the jump he wasn't an nba player.

We havent had a starting caliber pg since Marbury.

My personal fav during that stretch was Pablo. Thats how bleak this sht has been.

I got mad love for Steph. I was kinda worried about him for awhile back but he seems to be in a good space.

Pablo could hoop but if I remember he was kinda old by the time he came here?

Payton's hair just always fascinated me. How did that guy play hoops with that lump of hair slapping him in the eyes non stop? I think he cut it by the time he came to NYC.

I thought Frank would have developed into a better player based on what I saw from him in FIBA. It was just bizarre how he couldn't put it together.

Raymond Felton...played on the Melo/STAT squad right? Or was he traded for Melo?

Tatum and Brunson were dueling like superstars and this is what they talk about? Shameful, especially when bro got injured...he's not to blame why they lost. They got cooked in the 4th.

Its also gross to the game.

Having two stars in the zone going back in forth in a pivotal game 4 is the best. And to discredit your own player for being selfish and not just giving the other player credit for pulling it off is nasty. Im sure af they dont discredit bird for outplaying Dominique in that legendary playoff game.

Fck bill simmons and his buddy House and every other shtty boston fan.

My timeline is a lil fcky so im not sure on some of that.

I just remember Felton had a decent year the year before and then seeing a belly and neck roll when he showed up at camp and knowing our season was cooked cause Felton's eating disorder.

Elf would get 2mins as a starter against Atl then yanked cause thibs didnt want to change the starting line up. It was embarrassing.

And Pablo was dusty as hell when he showed up. But he was consistently nice. Nothing great but we hadn't had much solid pg play up until then so it was refreshing.

Yeah. But we were shutting the rest of them down at that point anyway. He needed to go hero ball but maybe took it a bit too far.

NYK was NOT losing that game.

Revisiting this because I feel like once this series ends the media will try to pretend that the Celtics weren't down 9 before Tatum got hurt.

Brunson was not playing last night. We were not losing.
