And so what? KD's bread and butter isn't the 3-ball game. Jeff Hornacek was a better 3 point shooter than KD is. Does that mean he's better?

Porter is a more versatile player as well so he can play the 3 and the 4. Hardaway really is just a two so it limits the variety the Knicks can use. Now if Frank and Tim play together it has to be at the 1 and 2. If you get a Rondo you're forced to play him and Frank less(at the same time) and you cut any chance at major minutes for Dotson.
