Portland Big 3 with 9 steals and 2 blocks. How does the favorite in the West respond? 60 points from Jokic.

We've never matched up well against Dallas and SGA played like ass. Worse now. Hopefully we're alright against revamped Atlanta. Is what it is. Most of my tradable pieces will be more valuable in the offseason than now.

I feel that. That's why I've been trying to build a team that's young and good at what they do. With Zo, Allen, and both McDaniels brothers most of my contracts will improve over the next 3-4 years.

Yeah, I'm always looking for pieces I think will appreciate. One liiiiiittle problem in that regard. Ah well.

Are they actually brothers? I'm so confused by these similar named players lately.

Jalen is the big brother and Jaden the little brother. They look alike I assumed it was obvious.

Hornets will take the win but not too pleased with certain performances. Looks like Orlando may have a rough second half

The trio of FVV/Zion/Isaac played like I hoped they would. Carter however, might just get traded again if he plays like that again. Need a healthy KP, Noel got minutes that he shouldn't have.

Writing this out is therapy. GG Smash.

In their very first game together, the new look Warriors (27-17) took on the new look Trailblazers (27-17). The game which saw a sell out crowd of 19,441, lived up to the hype as expected. Both teams came out strong in the first quarter which ended tied 28-28. The Blazers led by Paul George though would outscore Golden State 31-23 in the 2nd. The score at halftime was Blazers 59 - Warriors 51.

The Warriors chose to start Joel Embiid at PF. When asked why, NE simply said "He's great at getting opposing players into foul trouble, so we anticipated and put him against LeBron." The plan actually worked. Well, sorta. LeBron James who racked up 3 fouls early was limited to just 30 minutes of play, but still managed to put up an impressive stat line of 14 points, 9 rebs, 6ast, 4 stls and a block on 6-16 shooting. By the end of the 3rd quarter, the Warriors cut the lead to just 4. Blazers 86 - Warriors 82.

The 4th quarter was a dog fight. We saw bucket after bucket from James Harden (22 pts, 8ast, 2stls, 1blk), Joel Embiid (26pts, 10 rebs, 7ast, 4stls, 3blks) just three assists shy of a triple double, DeMar DeRozan (30pts, 2ast, 2rebs, 9-11 from the field, 10-11 from the FT line) and great contributions from supporting players in Hasaan Whiteside (17pts, 9rebs, 2stls, 3blks), Otto Porter (12pts, 1stl, 1blk, 3rebs) D'Angelo Russell (18pts, 5ast,  1stl, 3rebs), Caleb Martin (14pts, 4rebs, 3stls, 3blks) and Brook Lopez (11pts, 6rebs, 3ast, 1stl, 1blk). It was Paul George though who rose above the rest. The Blazers two way star came up with bucket after bucket, stop after stop and gained his first triple double on the season. He had 26 points, 10 rebs, 10ast, 3stls, 5-6 from 3 to finish the game. The Blazers would outscore the Warriors 34-28 in the 4th for a total score of POR-120, GS-110.

Keep an eye on this potential playoff series going forward. It must also be noted that the Warriors were without two of their starters in Gary Trent Jr. and Chris Boucher who were sidelined due to injuries. Nevertheless, a huge win for the Portland Trailblazers who are now 5th in the West with a record of 28-17. They now take the lead on this series 2-1. The two teams will play again towards the end of the season when playoff seeding and HCA could very well be on the line.

This, unfortunately, is a window into my current awareness of influx into the league. I just found out about the one on Charlotte this year  Then you have Jalen and Jaylin Williams. On the same team. What am I supposed to do with that?

A few years back we had somebody pick up the wrong Justin Jackson. They need to be more clear is all I'm saying.
