Either we become a competetive NBA franchise

or

They may as well Fold the Knicks cause HONESTLY we simply dont matter.

Ohh what a team. Makes the $200 a month i pay cablevision SO worth every penny.

Honestly if this is your mentality you aren't a real fan. A true fan supports his team no matter what. If you have this attitude because we don't get a quick fix then IDK what to tell you. Rome wasn't built in a day and this franchise was in an awful state when Donnie Walsh got it. It will be dramatically improved in a reasonable amount of time and that's good enough for me. Calm down.

There are a few of us still thinking Lebron is coming.

Watch. Next week this will be a funny memory.

Im not your bro, guy.

LeBron hasnt said sh*t yet. If he does say Miami its not the end of the world. It would suck royally but its not like we didnt do everything in our power to get him. What you're doing is trying to shield yourself from being "hurt" as if you wont get hurt anyway if he does decide to go there. Its a b*tch move. Man up "biggest Knick fan". Keep coming at me and get banned for 6th time.

Keep coming at you? Stop acting so hard, "guy". I don't care about you, but stop acting like a biatch over this. When it was made obvious to you you were in denial. Now you're in the anger stage and yelling at everyone. I'm already at the acceptance stage and preparing for Anthony Randolph and Ronny Turiaf. And you know what? That has me excited. So please STFU and keep shedding tears for Queen James.

Dudley, i know what you mean and i agree. Just accepting that Lebron is not coming here will make it easier and anyone who still thinks he's coming here after all these confirmed reports hes going to miami are still in denial.

Im actually pretty excited if we get Anthony Randolph and Luke Ridnour which is a great step in rebuilding. And if we dont get Lebron its not like we will forever never get another superstar like Ewing, Carmelo actually shows signs unlike Lebron that he REALLY wants to come here, including parker. Even though waiting another year will suck.. im still glad that we wont have to watch another decade like the last one, things are looking good

I don't know if this has been said earlier but what about the Players Assoc.? Shouldn't they have a huge problem with this considering that it sounds like these three guys are taking less money to play together? They should be worried that it could start some kind of trend where guys take less money, meaning players' contracts could go down.

Everyone crying over every rumor only to turn around and jump up and down. If you have no faith in my team then you are not cut from the correct cloth. I know the names.

I been a fan of this team 30+ years. I have seen the good. Maybe this is a bunch of teenagers on break. But if your so emotionally fragile that you would allow yourself these dramatic swings in opinion from minute to minute then maybe im in the wrong place.

I know who the real fans are. I know who the adults are. I know who the realistic people are. The rest is child's play.

Im so disappointed right now I dont even want to see these negative people celebrate. Here is a great moment in franchise history that im allowing to be ruined for me because of internet speculation. This is a great moment for my team. The New York Knicks. This team is part of ME. Real fan deep inside I say with pride sense arguing the lottery setup.

Im ghost.

I understand where you are coming from. I think this comes from being a Knicks fan though. 1993 we had the 2-0 blown lead to the Bulls and Charles Smith in game 5. 1994 we Starks 2-18 in Game 7 of the Finals. 1995 we had the Finger roll of doom against the Pacers. 1997 we had the half the roster being suspended for game 6 and 7 against the Heat when we should have won that series. 1998 had Ewing getting injured before Xmas. 1999 had another Finals loss. 2000 had losing to the Pacers in the ECF. 2001 had the Knicks blowing a 2-0 to the Raptors after Camby misses games due to a kidnapping of a family member. December 2001 sees JVG quit.

We then see the Knicks traded the 8 pick in 2002 for McFail. Eisley and Anderson get monster contracts. Houston get 100 million. Trading for Starbury. Trading Ariza for Franchise. Trading 2 first round lottery picks for Fatso Curry. Jerome James and Jeffries get big time deals. Trading for Jalen Rose and others. This team has been nothing but heartbreak at the end.

You know what, Bang that drum, jsut to show what a stupid misinformed and moronic mother f*cker u really are.. Live in your dream world that Donnie can WILL all these great players to come to NY cause we have TONS of cap money...

Its OBVIOUSLY worked so far... We replaced a PF that gave us 20/12 last year, with a PF that will give us 23/9 this year (most likley).. I am a donnie fan and a knicks fan just as much as anyone here, and i want LBJ just as much as any of you do.

BUT if we strike out im man enough to admit that our franchise will NOT recover for this anytime soon.. There are NO good NBA FA coming up in the next 2 years.. and no one is going to want to S&T to us being the King Passed, which was our Magic blanket...

You can scream and bitch all you want calling me a noob, but right back you make yourself look like a gigantic **** pussssy who is out of touch with reality...

Tell me mr. brainiac, give me ANSWERS.. WHO is gonna want to come to us? Want a 40 year old Steve Nash?? Want to recreate 2006 Phoenix??? Cause u kow what, thats what we seem to be doing.

Leglar says no one knows for sure what he has decided no one has come out with a credible source with where he is going. States Lebron and his camp are having way to much fun fooling with people so who knows what he is going to say.

It would be freaking crazy if Lebron went to Miami. That's gonna be one hell of a team to get by.

Guys, if he doesn't come its not the end of the world. Honestly I still dont see him going to Miami to team up with Wade and Bosh. There's not enough basketballs to go around for them. But if he doesn't come I really believe we should focus our attention on Gallo. He provides intangibles that could really spurt this season and make our team very attractive for the likes of Melo and Parker. I rather have players that want to be here anyway.

I personally think Carmelo hasn't signed his extension with Denver because he is waiting on the LeBron situation to play out. if LeBron goes anywhere to NY, I ber his agent says that his client wants to play out the season and "see what moves the team makes" before he signs. If LeBron signs with the Knicks (ending pretty much any chance Carmelo can get a max from the Knicks barring a major salary cap increase), I bet he signs that extension in the next couple weeks.

I'm at the point that if Lebron says Miami Heat i'm still gonna think it's a Smokescreen.

SAS is reporting that James Dolan was using Isiah Thomas to try to get to LeBron last night. Dolan was making a last minute ditch effort.

SAS is on Fatcesa right now.

Anybody else here a rumor of Lebron to the Clippers? A friend of mine not generally conversant with basketball was saying she heard it on CNBC.

Return to New York Knicks
