My dream scenario is for us to make the playoffs, but Dallas not. That way we get the respect and the lotto pick.

even if Dallas misses the playoffs, that pick will be in the 12-14 range

"Luka shooting 1-5 from 3, and is shooting below 30% from 3 on the season. Airballs another 3, becoming the norm every other game. Westbrook vibes."

"KP becoming a black hole. No team love for each other on the Snyder timeout."

"This team got a lot of problems upon KP's return. Need to figure out how to integrate him. The team was on fire defensively before he came back."

"I don't like how KP looks on either end, EVEN when he is making shots I generally don't like how he fits in the offense."

"The team has a massive KP problem at this stage. Chemistry looked a lot better before he returned. Everyone can score on him inside the paint, even smaller guys, cant block much. On offense, he is again stalling the ball movement and flow."

"KP shouldn't be considered a "unicorn" in 2021. So what...he's a big man who has 3-pt range. Every team has centers like that in today's league. They're not 7'3" like him but does it really matter? He doesn't really play in the paint much anyway so his height advantage is not much of a factor. Embiid is the real unicorn. KP is a 7`3 SG."

"4th quarter is even more annoying than the first three. RC should have benched both KP and Luka. Absolutely hate the stat padding. Luka scored 30. Congrats. Looking more and more like RW0."

"I would prefer Andre Drummond this very moment over KP and at least with Drummond I know I can count on double digit rebounds and a few blocks and assists and some nice screens."

Is Beal the player the Knicks should push all their chips in for?

absolutely not. Wizards can't even win w/ him. they're gonna ask for our best players/picks, which will leave this team w/ very little, making us basically the Wizards

If they stay at the level they are now, but whose to say they don't plummet from bad, play, Injuries, covid protocols? Or even the unlikely event they they leap frog to top three?

and barring all that this draft is pretty deep - we might get a stud even at 12 -14...

Only a matter of time. Question is where does he end up. We're probably about to be right in the center of all the rumors but I wonder if this time we actually make the move
