I thought Tiki was great here. 7 GM's are black and hopefully rising is a really good thing too. You have to expect that should translate to more black HC's down the line. Its obviously not where it should be...we can all acknowledge that.

But another great point is generally speaking old players and positions that generally become coaches are often ex QB's. With the increase of black QB's in the NFL hopefully that will increase the number of candidates as well.

Another big piece could eventually be black ownership. Which I think would be great for the league as well.

Its Obvious Graham did not want to be here. Once I saw that he interviewed for the Raiders, he didnt want to be here anymore. He had the Job here but was sill interviewing for a lateral move.

Did you read what Derrick Ward said about Belichick having power within the Giants org? He also played a large role in Judge getting hired.

Yeah. I mean when the Giants acted like Bill was not plugged in like that or had pull I laughed.

It’s league wide known thing that Bill is plugged in with us.

Like you said just last year the seeked him out with Judge.

Let me guess. Giants hiring a black assistant GM Brandon Brown is a move to just save face right? Brandon Brown doesn’t have an excellent resume right? He even interviewed for GM jobs. What an excellent get and Abrahams took a demotion. Shout out to Brown for taking the job and working towards breaking the status quo.

Giants are going to be interesting this year with all these new eyes.

Can’t wait to see who we hire as defensive coordinator.

Love this.

They say he got eyes for talent and whenever they took guys over who he said, that person is a star and the one they pick is a bust.

Combining Kafka with Daboll. 2 minds from most explosive offenses in league can’t be overlooked. I can’t wait to see how it unfolds. Watching senior bowl at 2:30!

Yup Fordham guy from New York. Everyone loves him. I think he will be a GM in no time. We got a good one!

And like you said big to move Abrams to a non discript cap strategy job.

I heard he was banging the door down for Justin Jefferson but the decision makers went with Reagor.

Next guy to go down hopefully is that bum Chris Petit.

Yeah he gotta go. I don’t want anyone to lose their job but we got all new eyes so we need to continue to clean house.

Malik Willis showing some arm strength gah damn. Also showing the ability to get away from pass rush. Would like to see him get some completions in the pocket. Jim Nagy said his throws was cutting through the wind in practice on a bad weather day.
