He's a pure PG

Doesn't really score a ton, but can run an offense and distribute (averaged 7 apg over 3 seasons at Marquette). Was relatively efficient on low volume too. Not an noteworthy defender

I think Deuce has been good enough they're not gonna trade him for a guy they just picked up in the 2nd, but I don't think both can coexist long term because we have DDV off the bench, and he's too small to play SF, and that would make Hart the full time backup PF, which is also super small

If we had a creative coach it could work, but Thibs isn't creative with his lineups.

there's definitely a universe where bridges is the first guy subbed out for divo to fix that issue. the 3rd best offensive option being staggered into bench units isn't too crazy a concept, we've done it with rj

I saw a lot of Kolek at Marquette, living in Milwaukee…and he’s absolutely who I hoped we would get at 31 before we traded that to Toronto. He’s tough as nails, slippery scorer, a great shot, and he’s a floor pitbull.

He’s not as strong and built like a bull as Jalen, but they play with the same sort of confidence. I hope he makes the team.
