Mitch was a monster on the offensive glass. I think he had 6 of them.

Alan Hahn just broke down the process of how the draft is done and Hahn is swearing the draw is independently done by Ernst and Young. He's on the inside so ill take his word for it, but yeah. I think it's rigged too

EY has done it for a while. it's legit. there's just always a chance.

you know what was slimmer?

consecutive 20-point comeback Ws in boston. **** happens.

If we can close this series with Boston (odds in our favor at the moment) we have a 1 in 4 chance of a title.

He certified himself to me after the Christmas game. I did get the vision when the trade happen regardless. I think many fans dont get that teams like OKC, Cleveland, and Boston have an edge of being together as a team for atleast 2+ years. Our Knick team is
having so much success and they only played 92 games together. Not to mention, a KEY guy like Mitch only played with this group for so much less time. This group is still getting to know eachother...

I don't care if the new Nova-Pope did the lotto. Every time a top-10 player is dealt from a lotto team they get the top pick. CP3->Brow->Zion
LeBron resulted in Kyrie, Wiggins, and Anthony Bennett
Love -> KAT

He was never that player. At best you'd hope he'd be all defense but he didn't really turn it on until the playoffs.

Double bigs and the Mitch/OG/Mikal/Deuce/Brunson line up won the day.

Shaq would disagree, but you don't trade 5 firsts for Rick Fox

You might for Rip Hamilton (multi year all-star, 1x champ)

There is no reason to think Bridges isn't Rip-level

Some Boston fans were talking about Brown for the top pick to bring Flagg home, but they'd still need to match money.

Series ain't over. Pritchard is a great shooter who can move a little. Brown still has the potential to go nuclear.

Am I crazy to think trading Jaylen Brown won't fetch them much in return if they do move off him? His contract...he's going to be 29 at the start of next year and his game a really reliant on athleticism that might not age well because he isn't the most "skilled" player in terms of shooting/dribbling.

He's still a really good player but that contract will be tough to manage soon.

Next game is where we find out just how good of a player Jaylen Brown really is.

Jimmy Butler made the Finals twice with a weaker supporting cast.

Will the Celtics leave it all out on the floor and do it for Tatum? I just wonder what their mindset is.going to the next game.

Or is mindset irrelevant at this point? Have the teams figured each other out by now, leaving nothing else to show?

Yeah maybe not a big market and have to get close to a huge salary. It’s not crazy. He’s second to JT but I don’t know how convinced anybody would be that he could be a number 1 at 29+.

I think they go groupthink and just try to swing until they find an open 3.

It's going to be a different look so if they get hot we just need to stay close while we adjust.

I think Deuce and Mitch did add a lot defensively

I am a big Hart fan but still

JB
Deuce
MB
OG
Mitch

Speed and length

Maybe too small against Cavs or Pacers tho
