Not for a program that has had as much success as uconn. its ok, but calhoun makes those recruits look amazing.

That's true but Lamb was Calhoun's first signee of the recruiting period and his main target at SG, UNC or Duke wouldn't have done that.

It is still a clear notch or two below the elite schools. Kansas, Duke, UNC, UCLA. A top 75 recruit is a good get for any school.

Jimmer obviously wasnt efficient tonight, but the dude is the whole team man. You're tellin me if Jimmer and Kemba switched places Jimmer wouldnt be unguardable playing with those guys? Hes playing with a bunch of shooters who just stand around all game long. No help. He still dropped 30+ and the game went to OT. Great career by Jimmer.

Kemba played a great game. Theres no way he lasts outside the top 10 though. If I had my choice Id go Brandon Knight over Jimmer, but for all the talk about Jimmer not being a good pro I think having him play off Amare and Melo would be a pretty damn good thing. Hes more than just a shooter.

Derick Williams is carrying this team on his shoulders. People talk about a weak draft class. I see a star in Derrick Williams, definitely # 1 pick.

I think he will be a solid pro, he is a good, hard working kid and with the right fit he should definitely find his spot. But he is not a great distributor which we need next to those guys and more importantly, he is just a horrific defender already on the college level. Now guess what happens when he faces NBA athletes night in and night out... he will be a huge liability on defense and we cant have that...

Derrick Williams doesn't want to go home. I hope his teammates feel the same way and pick up their games collectively...

I agree, he is first pick material without a doubt.

The problem for Arizona is that they struggle so much to get him the ball and to even initiate their offense. Plus Duke gets almost whatever they want on offense. I would look to speed up the game a bit with an extended defense and force Duke out of their comfort zone. On offense the Wildcats have to attack quicker, especially Jones has to break down the defense and get the ball in the lane.

Yep, that was a so-so putback =P I started to like him from the Memphis game, now I agree with you that he has definitely a star potential and he may worth a top pick.

I think Sullinger is the top pick, but Williams is a hell of a consolation prize...

Loving it and they did exactly what I said in the earlier post (yeah sorry for giving myself a pat on the back)... More pressure on defense, the game pace picked up and Jones is finally getting into the lane.
