Man, does Sabo need a right hand. I remember seeing that he's had 101 touches on the block and has turned over his right shoulder for a lefty hook on 96 of those.

Everybody sacrifices a lot to be a professional in any field. Melo is delusional. When he says crap like that he doesn't even have the sense to realize he's disrespecting all of the other athletes who made their own sacrifices to get where they are.

The celebrity life is normally at the expense of a quality family life. Really no way around it and honestly that's probably the one thing I wont ever fault a guy for. I believe I'm a good looking fella, tall, well built, successful in my eye, have a great family life. Females stay hawking tho. It's easy for me because I'm a random person. I can only imagine if I was an NBA player, the 1% best at their profession that everyone knows. Would be a different person, different lifestyle most likely. That's reality of the situation.

I hear you and I'm not actually interested in legislating the morality of their lifestyles. Same with entertainers or traveling professions.

What I'm nailing him for is his usual tone-deaf self-absorption, which manifests here as:

1. Don't use your family as a sympathy chip, particularly when you've been out there playing the field

2. He singles himself out for special consideration when he's surrounded by people who have their own issues and needs and he just doesn't get it. Imagine being his teammate and hearing this crap. I have never bought the BS that Everybody Loves Raymond Melo, because he may have his legit NBA pals, but other players probably think he's a selfish prick.

I don't think teammates really care about those things. They all say some of the craziest of things at times. The players tend to let their actions dictate more than their words anyway.

For instance, Russ went out of his way early on to get his guys involved. He was probably wondering 'where's Olympic Melo?". then Russ became Russ and wasn't really worried about it.

Basically, the words of these guys don't matter much. The actions speak a lot more.

Great coaching from Nate going with the 3 guard set, but Myles Turner needs to get in the paint when he has JR on him.

McHale put together a HOF career with no left hand. Check his highlights. All right

Not disagreeing. Just think it's funny.

I do respect LeBron has played every single minute thus far in this one. He knows he has to.
