I will say it looks like he has better trainers now.

His new agent got rid of Chris Brickley with the quickness.

Brickley overated, he needs to work with proven trainers . He’s need to hit the open shot every time and be able to be secondary ball handle

He has a beautiful looking jumper. I believe it’s going to translate in time, it’s just a matter of him believing it. Mental is like 75% of the game.

for this current team to be successful I think they really need him. Out of any the options at point he has the best chance to be the best 3 point shooter and is desperetely needed for peremeter defense.

A bit hyperbolic but you’re right for the most part. At just 20 years I think that can change. The thing I like about this new trainer is that the mental aspect of the game is what he focuses most on. But then again it’s maybe a either you have it or you don’t situation. It’s up to Frank to prove it himself at this point.

Great post and really agree... that shot looks wet and his handle looks much improved (of course it's not against competition). Out of our PGs his shot looks the best and with someone like RJ always trying to get to the basket it'll be important to have someone able to spread the floor and lastly to your point-- his defense is needed!! If Frank's improved skill matches his improved body, he's the perfect compliment to the team and again to your point- Vital to the teams success

He is pretty buried in the three positions he can play in the depth chart.

PG: Smith Jr. | Payton | Ntilikina
SG: Barrett | Dotson | Trier | Ellington | Ntilikina
SF: Knox | Bullock | Brazdeikis | Ntilikina

As you can see, he has 2 guys ahead of him at point guard, 4 guys ahead of him at shooting guard, and 3 guys ahead of him at small forward.

That’s a tall order with a bunch of guys to leapfrog if he is to earn his way into the rotation for playing time.

I’d be surprised if Kadeem Allen wasn’t ahead of him on the depth chart

I didn’t include him since technically he is on a two way contract. Same with Wilkes.

Frank can play 1~3 and defend 1~4. His density is in his hands. Take and hit shots in practice. Because his defense is elite.

It’s probably because he post so many workout videos. The enthusiasm dies when folks actually see him play.

At this point, doesnt Frank remind you of Wilson Chandler when he was on the squad, I remember everyone talking about his mentality as well.

It's evident Frank doesn't want to step on his teammate's toes, and channel his inner-Trier and Knox.

He's better than Trier, DSJ and probably Barrett. Our front office loves them some inefficient chucking guards that don't play any defense though.

I said the same thing in another thread frank will be perfect next to rj. Plus Frank can be more than a 3-D guy. He can has above average court vision, just need to let him play freely and I believe he can be better for us

Chandler showed more. I remember a lot of us feeling like he had a lot of untapped potential but was kinda low iq and passive but at this point he had already shown a lot more than Frank.

I still believe in him, and wish he had a legitimate shot to play year 3. But there's too much competition for minutes. And he already has an image as a bust around the league. I think Fiz doesn't like him. And I think Pills is ready to rid themselves of the last Phil stain.

Well they still have Dotson.
