I think the most likely reason the Celtics are having trouble beating us is because they aren't a 48 minute team. They coasted most of the season and never got tested. This explains the complete fall offs in play for long stretches of the game.

Now, the Knicks have also shown at times that they can't play for 48 minutes, hence why they have been going down 20.

We just happened to be more clutch when it matters.

We're more clutch, they underestimated our defense, have not adjusted to our defense, we have better stamina AND we're younger.

Boston's window may already be closing as Horford and Holiday age out. Neither of them have been impressive, sometimes just going through the motions.

Boston can definitely play better, but I wonder if they actually know how to adjust to our defense which has shocked them. They did not adjust to create better shots for themselves in the 2nd games.

The Celtics are playing a complacent offense. They are not creating enough pace or attacking as much as I expected them to.

If the Celtics don't adjust we should gain more momentum.
