Being an Alpha is much easier said than done. He's not a LeBron type dude, but since he's the leader he gets the blame(according to this board).

it's funny how much this has gone to script. even if kp doesn't become what some had imagined, he's by far the best player on this stupid team. you just need more.

This backlash was predictable as soon as he started flexing in the offseason. Dude should’ve been Kawhi quiet. Now we gonna get vids of him smoking European cigs in front of his building with a tranny. Gotta stay humble.

I don't get why more players don't stay Kawhi/Duncan/Ginobli/Kidd/Tatum quiet. Officials eat these type of mother****ers up. But I guess the lights, the city and the fans bring out the monster in guys.

Our entire starting lineup besides KP would be bench players elsewhere. Kanter would start on a few other teams, maybe Lee too. Lance and Jack would either be end of the bench guys or not on a roster at all

Yeh just absolutely abysmal coaching tonight. The couple of minutes Frank played with KP at the end of the 4th gave him some easier looks off the pick and roll, but all throughout OT we had to witness the atrocity that is Jarett Jack

The Knicksiest moment is when we had the Heat stopped for a bunch of possessions in a row, then an easy and uncontested rebound that Beasley knocks out of O'Quinn's hands. Then we badly miss an assignment and leave them very wide open for a 3.

Game was Knicksed right there.

kp is getting doubled and has a 3rd guy shading him sometimes. and during all the clutch possessions they couldn't or didn't even bother to get him the ball. how can you blame him for a close loss then ?

I like KP, but he is the best player on the team and usually is on the court when the team collapses, thus that blame should be directed his way.

KP is really the only player on the team now that isn't playing to his capability.

He got the praise when he played above his norm, now he's should get that work.

I don't think he is primary reason for the team losing. That's Jeff all day.

i don't care that people say things about him at all. this aint his best stretch.

but if you're saying he cost us the game, you have to give him the ball at the end to see if he could close it for you. he wasn't even an option out there on 3 different late game possessions.

As much as I don't like Jeff's coaching, KP not getting the ball to close falls on KP. He doesn't seem to want it at that time.

I don't think Lee is the option of the play, but rather whomever gets open, just like the other game I doubt Kanter was the play to shoot the three.

It's KP's job to get open. At this point it appears he's hiding from the ball.

Against guards he should be going to his little jump hook and killing but instead he's literally fighting for position and poor Jack doesn't help one bit because he can't make the Big pay either!!!
