If that happens I won't be upset. It would be reassuring to see Daboll right the ship in some manner.

Redskins are the only team we’ve had any success against in the past decade. We’ll see, but I’m thinking this is a tank win waiting to happen.

For sure my man MPH wants to use every reason why the offense looks better, but doesn’t want to act like Taylor is the biggest factor here  . Dude is throwing Balls that DJ could only dream of.

The team is def playing harder with Taylor at QB. The offsense seems way more competent with him at QB. You can tell the playbook has opened up.

I’m calling out GONYK as well cause he real quiet on seeing Taylor operate the offense better than Jones.

Can we just relax a bit TC. Yes, we have connected on more deep balls I will give that to Tyrod he's thrown a pretty good deep ball in the two games. He's been very serviceable which is why you pay a backup QB to hold down the fort. But we are still a avg under 12ppg in the two games. Which is pretty identical to what we did in the first 5 games.

And that is with Barkley back in the mix.

Instead of going back and forth we both know when DJ is back healthy he is starting. He's got the contract he is the guy we are at least invested in the near term. He's going to play. We just have to hope it gets better.

The defense has played outstanding last 2 games which is the most promising.

Now I have to relax. Y’all was not relaxing with all the DJ praise or the DJ excuses and why he deserved to be paid 160.

Just remember our back up QB throws a better ball and process the game faster than our 160 million man.

Nah I’m not relaxing.

Thats fine. I don't excuse the overall play even with the state of the oline early in the year and missing Barkley from game 2 on...however I still firmly believe we are a more dynamic offense especially in the redzone with DJ playing QB even with his flaws. We have much more of a run/pass option and while Tyrod can scramble he's not really a guy thats going to get big yardage on the ground because he can't take those hits.

DJ can still throw the deep ball I do think he just got gun shy with the state of the oline and all the hits he took.

I hope he's just healthy and gets back on the field because I think the defense playing like this is sustainable. Our young DB's are playing well and our dline is getting after it and LB's are making plays.

We have to fix the special teams though...that is a disaster...Schoen needs to take on of these useless WR's on the roster and get a punt returner on the team...that is a must.

Yeah. I like that he is 6’2 as well. I always prefer bigger corners in the secondary.

Calling me out for what? I never said anything bad about Tyrod

There's no question that his willingness to throw deep is adding a new wrinkle to this offense and it's something I hope Jones is taking special note of.

Tyrod is comfortable in this offense and it shows. He's not really better than Jones at anything, but he is definitely processing things faster.

It's not really leading to any more points on the board and he also has the luxury of Saquon being back, but otherwise, he's showing that Jones shoulders a good chunk of the blame for how things looked before. I still think Jones gives this team a higher ceiling than Taylor if he can stop seeing ghosts.

Now I'm calling you out since you were heavy on the "Waller is cooked" train and talking about how he was sunk cost all in the name of supporting Jones. Waller is a good player and a worthy pickup in his own right and the cost was right.

I really don't understand the Jones/Taylor stuff. In the 2nd half Taylor and the OL got the sh*t beat out of them once WAS adjusted. We aren't exactly lighting the field on fire regardless of who is at QB. I give Tyrod a ton of props.

This isn't a pissing contest. This is a team sport.

I know. We're all just here in the barbershop

For real though, Waller has been looking good the last 2 games and Hyatt + WanDale are really starting to look interesting.

I'll just say that I would love to see how this all looks with functional QB play. I don't care who provides it.
