Loved Grimes, but we have no time for development. As I said Brunson changed any timeline we've had. It's time to go get it now.

im torn about this. i hate burks but he can shoot 3s at a high clip i guess. bojan is good. but grimes was a damn good defender with even his flaws offensively. he started to cook the last 2 games before he got hurt again. oh well. i hope this ends up being another og trade in terms of being making our team much better again.

im excited for bojan at least

Hate to say it, but even Burks is better than Grimes. Can't be mad at this trade unless you think Grimes is destined to get better, and there's no way to know that.

Also love that they traded seconds. The trade thread had guys throwing in firsts just cause we have them. Like giving a fat kid $20 in front of McDonalds and wondering why he has a #2 Large Double Cheeseburger Combo in his back pocket.

I especially love that we got another SF. We have enough guards, and OG can easily play guard too. A Brunson/OG/Bojan/Randle/iHart or Mitch lineup is going to do hella damage.

Thanks, I'm rooting for you guys to take it all the way with me being a New Yorker and all plus the Knicks are hella fun to watch. Brunson is my favorite non-Pistons player. Burks and Bogey should fit well with you guys.

What I also like about this trade is that we have 40mil (EVAN + BB) expiring in the offseason. That money plus our FRP gets us a star.

Fournier is in this trade.

Also, teams love Bojan. His 24 mil expiring is way more valuable and an easier fit on almost every team than trying to pawn off Dejounte in the summer. And if Donovan or nobody gets moved, he's still a great fit on this team next year....
