He is such a unique talent. Only player that I can compare him to is artest. Both had really weird offensive game that were effective and could dominate a game on the defensive end. Both also had unique characteristics bit artest was dangerous and og is funny.

It really is a pleasure to watch him play for our favorite team.

Tbh, our whole starting 5 is comprised of unique individual talent thst meshes so well together. Dope time to be a knicks fan.

Wow artest is a perfect comparison …even thier hella awkward handles and bully ball

They both dribble like a middle linebacker

so Thibs was an assistant on all the Knicks teams that ran a strict 8-man rotation for 5 straight years in the playoffs (1997 to 2001)

Maybe we will be lucky and he'll play 10 guys once he has Mitch and Shamet

Come playoff time though, we're only gonna see an 8-man rotation unless there's a blow out or the game is decided

It's all Thibs has known for almost 30 years since he first worked for the Knicks in 96

10 in the season and 8 in playoffs is better than 8 all year.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

Odd stat of the night...MB +1? hm

That's not a Mikal Bridges stat, that is a Thibs stat. 40 minutes in a 30+ point blowout, unbelievable.

When we win a champ there will be only two pages of PG, because we will all come out to celebrate.

Beautiful thing isn't it? A quiet, efficient 31 while making the players around him better.

Didn't even notice his scoring since he's not dominating the ball and isoing every possession, but instead he's picking his spots and scoring within the flow of the offense.

Such a great player.

Big time. His passing was so good too and I feel like the guys are still learning how to maximise this. I truly think KAT is likely to be remembered mostly as a Knick when his career is over. All the skill, maturation and teammates / coaching is syncing up at the right time for us

Was only able to catch the second quarter. I think they were down 2 or 4 and then they went berserk. It was awesome.

What about...

'97 and '98 (Ewing, Houston, LJ, Starks, Oakley)
'99 and '00 (Ewing, Houston, LJ, Sprewell, Camby)

'01 could have beat the Raptors in a 7-game series, at the time it was only 5 games in the first round (Sprewell, Houston, Camby, KT, Rice, Mark Jackson)

I know Allan Houston caught a lot of flack for that 6 year $100 million contract, but he was so consistent for Ewing's last 4 years with the Knicks.

This team is better than those teams.

Until Mitch or another tall defender is playing, the one thing Ewing/Camby has over this squad is rim protection. Other than that, we have a better PG, the offense thrives AROUND KAT more than Patrick and our defensive players in Mikal and OG are certainly equal. Our offensive flow is superior overall. 90s Knicks were often very ISO and kick and we're turning into a perpetual motion offense.
