The Knicks are winning this game. We will finally shut up the media about us being second tier

Don't remember, but if Hartenstein struggled against Turner, I don't imagine he'd do well vs. Towns.

EDIT: He has some good numbers vs. teams with Hartenstein (21, 9 and 3 in 7 games), and he's averaged like 24.6, 8, 4.6 vs. the Knicks with Hartenstein on the team, but don't know how he did when matched up specifically with Hartenstein.

I like our chances---today (for me atleast) will show us how much our chemistry has evolved. Is our team ready to execute as a team at an elite level- "today"

So, we are dealing with injuries in January huh? Just as the schedule gets tougher. Great. Hamstring and calf strains. I really wanted a healthy team for these games! This better not be a revolving door of injuries again!! Fuq!

Hartenstein can't guard the perimeter and KAT can probably take him off the dribble. It's going to be up to KAT to hit his 3's, though. If he's bricking, no shot at a W.

I think JB plays. Kind of both annoyed and disappointed at McBride stuff, though, because he really doesn't seem like a factor at all aside from a couple of good games. If he's playing through an injury, he should just sit and get 100%. I was expecting a breakout year.

Idk. He hasn't disappointed me but, the bench just isn't scoring. Not sure what issue is outside of not many minutes but, even in the games they get 20+ it's minimal scoring from any of them. They are primarily used as defenders it seems except for Terry Johnson!!

WC...there's a limited amount of shots for several guys on our team that can score the ball at a high level...I dont think we have enough shots for Deuce to have the opportunity to break out. I like what I've seen from him so far...whats your definition of a
"Deuce breakout"?

I don't see it that way. He's playing 5 more minutes per game, getting up 2 more shots per game. In the preseason, we were talking about Deuce as a 6th man of the year candidate. Maybe things look different at the end of the year, but I was expecting 12 on 45/40 splits. He started out the year on fire, then had a particularly awful November by those standards.

Refs are going to get involved, Knicks will never get on track and as a result will get smoke live the proverbial cheap cigar.

Fitting, since fans on here getting entirely too cocky over the current product.

Knicks are good. That aren't THAT good yet.

Good test but it's just one game. I wouldn't get too high or too low with a W or L but it's def a good test to see how we match up with one of the best teams. On paper I honestly think we are better and have way more fire power offensively and we got some guys to throw at SGA but we'll see. Gotta rebound, limit the turnovers, hit our FTs and keep it close on the road. I'll be surprised if it's not a close game with 5 minutes left. I like our chances!
