KD destroyed the Cavs by himself last week. Trade KAt and Mikal for him and Dunn.

What y'all need to look at is that we have a 3-4 year window, not 10 or 15. You probably get to keep one guy until he retires and that's Brunson.

Put your feelings away and look at this 3-4 year window, do I think KD is the better player to help the Knicks win more than say KAT? Unless someone tells me a good plan to improve other than replacing KAT for KD. I love KAT but my goal is to win a championship and if this is the way, then so be it.

We were supposed to be the 2nd best team in the Eastern Conference. That didn't help which means we did not meet our expectations and our other lofty goal was to get to the ECF, and that remains to be seen.

Let's repeat the mistake the Suns made except when KD is 37.

The KD trade is paying huge dividends for them, clearly. The Suns are absolutely thriving with Booker and Durant and their lack of depth.

Going all in is fine in theory, but Durant is not (or no longer) the player who elevates the team and enables you to do that.

we have two of the best offensive players in the sport...I agree we shouldn't struggle vs the best teams so badly.

Those two have been the entire offense against those teams. The issue is the others

Mikal and OG are playing their best basketball of the season right now because the ball is moving.

It's not them, it's the fact that Tom thinks having JB and KAT iso spam is a great use of the talent on this roster. It clearly isn't and well coached teams know how to shut that down quickly

Well this aged poorly. Mikal might need a change of scenery after last night :noway:

yeah thibs isn’t perfect, but bridges himself deserves a large portion of the blame for his crappy inconsistent play. there’s no reason he shows us what he can be consistently against lesser opponents then equally consistently completely craps the bed against the elite of the nba… at that point it’s just not having the dog in you… not x’s and o’s.. donte divincenzo in comparison routinely stepped his game up against elite competition when he was here last year..

He didn’t say anything about Giannis even tho the guy asked him about it. He said there are only so much big moves the Knicks can make and in terms of KD, the playoffs will really determine KD’s next destination

Shams can say whatever he wants, the man himself said mutual interest in the Knicks was cap. Your dream is deader than dead.

He'll end up in Houston with Ime.

I wholeheartedly believe that if we swapped KAT with either KD, Giannis or Randle our chances of entering the promised land would increase by a mile.

I also wholeheatedly believe that people need to stop blaming Thibs for every global tragedy.

I implore everyone who wants Durant for KAT to go watch what Durant did versus Boston in the first round two years or so ago. Tatum destroyed him on both ends.

Now consider the fact that he will be 37 this fall.

He isn't taking anyone to the promised land.

Shams doesn’t miss. And for all we know that tweet is fake. He needs to give us a screen recording.

I've been lurking a bit, not really posting, when did everyone start turning on KAT? If anything pitchforks should be up for Mikal?

He left GS, they wanted him back, and he said no. Yet, he's going to want to come here years after turning us down the first time?

You wasting time on this, cause he's going to Houston.
