And oh ya this is what we could have had all season with a competent coach that knows today's NBA.

No.

This is the result of a bunch of players getting to know each other for first time. It’s called PATIENCE.

So you're telling me that the team that’s struggled on both offense and defense all season—even as recently as their last game—has suddenly discovered chemistry in game 77?

I think the onus is on Brunson to make sure the ball moves and OG gets his touches. He can take over in the 4th anyway

Can this version of the Knicks show up against the Pistons?

This stretch without Brunson could end up being a blessing in disguise in terms of getting the rest of the team more settled in good roles. I hope Wright stays in the rotation.

I will say this for James Dolan, he hasn’t installed any of these stupid gimmick stuff like having a mascot and turning the arena into some circus during Knicks games.

Without a doubt!

And we’re going to get Mitch back at full strength too.

Watch out!

The ball moved and guys are shooting threes. Why can't this just be the norm?

Because Thibs is a size queen, and obsesses with protecting a paint in a different era where the 3 is king.

Funny, I was thinking when the game started that Hawks have a really nice squad. Maybe we’re just that good?

Shooting 67.4% fg and 68.8% from 3 is a good recipe for success I suppose

You're probably right seeing as Thibs seems to be keeping Payne in "his" role. I just think that's wrong and Wright's better.

Wright has been everything what I hoped Payne would be for us, hard to see Thibs taking him out of the rotation now. Probably eats into the Deuce minutes though, which is a bit unfortunate.

They’re the typical middle of the pack team that looks good when the offense is hot but don’t have a defense to support them when it’s not.

8-)

Do you have another more reasonable explanation? Look at the LeBron-Wade-Bosh Heat, the Cavs, even the Celtics. They get better over time as they figure things out together. Then there’s the point where they reach symbiosis.
