James- nah not really a leader needs bunch of other good players to win.
KD- not aggressive enough not a true alpha as he backs up for Russel.
Russel- Can't run a team
Love- not a real winner
Curry- shoots too much
PG- offensive game needs work
Dwight- Keep that baby maker away from the Knicks
LMA- shoots way too many jumpers and isn't tough
M Gasol- Too slow
Rondo- can't shoot
Wall- not a real PG needs to learn to control himself

I could go on...

Huh? You're putting words in my mouth anyone who doesn't think u can build around Lebron is an idiot hes so much better then everyone else it's scary..in the scheme of things where melo goes isn't gonna change the balance of power Lebron does wherever he goes..

Its whatever if he signs back with us and proves you wrong you will be back on the bandwagon

He's been in the league 11 years I'm confident he won't change and prove me wrong

He's probably in some green room in Bristol along with Lebron and his fake fishing trip.

So if we don't have James we shouldn't try to field a competitive team?

Lebron stayed losing until he teamed up with Bosh and Wade....and they decided THEMSELVES to take the same cut.

He also took a d league team to the to the finals Melos been out of the first round twice

We pitched him in NY before he left, no?

We got the first and last meetings with Melo.

After announcing the opt out? I think it's only been in LA.

I'm not saying we photoshopped him in a Knick jersey and walked him around MSG, but we definitely made our case before he left on his tour.

We were the final word. No doubts about that.

Just saying it was ironic that every team he chose met him in their city.

Last word actually isnt really uplifting, the stars who've left their team had the last word, it really means nada.

Just my opinion, i really dont think this 'tour of courtship" really was what melo was expecting.

Chicago lowballed him, Dallas offered him the same bums he just lost with and the Rockets pretty much made moves after his meeting.

But it matters none, the money has always been the ticket....NY and LA have offered that.

Melo is coming back to the Knicks it's so obvious. Everyone in 2010 knew Lebron was leaving we just didn't know to which team. No one really has suspected Melo leaving at any point during this week. No way he leaves that money on the table.

Not only that but we're asking for loyalty from players when they get locked out, cut, told to take pay-cuts and traded all the time.

Get your feelings out of business.

true but if it is about money and always about money NY can pay more by a wide margin 15 million + then come out and say it in the begining

Why should he? To make us feel better?

We don't know what is on Melo's mind.

look, i don't think we're likely to win a championship with melo. but we got like a hundred or so regular posters here and only about 20 or so who are dumb enough to watch every single game like me. and if i gotta watch 4 years of the tim hardaway jr/shane larkin era, i'm going thermonuclear in this bitch.

I really don't see what's so fun watching Carmelo play. He has a sweet shooting stroke, but his style of play is so boring and outdated.

The funny thing is only one team can win the championship.
There are not multiple trophies being handed out.

basically my line of thinking is resigning melo at the max Knicks probably have a 5% chance of a championship in the next 5 years. Sign him for a discount 10%. Lose him or trade him for junk....0%. No chance. Marc Gasol Lamarcus Aldridge or Lebron James aint walking thorough those doors...
