Seems like everyone involved in this fiasco of a trial is milking it for every second of their 10 seconds of fame -- given Rose notoriety.

I don't think he will either way, frankly. Given that there is no criminal conviction, suspending someone for "rape" is a difficult thing with which to attach games. Like what, 10 games for RAPE?! Doubt he wants to go down that rabbit hole.
