Combining Detroit/New Orleans proposed trade to this:
Solomon Hill/Alexis Ajinca/Houston's nonguaranteed contracts/New Orleans 1sr rounder plus Houston's 1st to New York.
Melo to Houston
Reggie Jackson and Ryan Anderson to New Orleans
Etwaan Moore and Pondexter to Detroit.

This deal takes us under cap again and we can go after a guard and or Simmons.
New Orleans is all in in this deal.
Detroit saves money.
Houston gets Melo.

I took the Reggie Jackson Detroit angle and trade still works. Much less financial commitment from New Orleans and they get to update shooting. Hill has been disappointment for them and Ajinca is quite expendable. They probably would want to lottery protect the pick but they have a shot at a low playoff seed with that team so we might get the pick rather soon.
