I mean he did beat Jokic.

Plus, the general board thinks Jokic should have won 5 straight MVPs, and their crying over Shai was worth it.

if the nuggets had just 1 more good player off their bench they would probably be here right now

there's a reason that the 2 teams left standing have a bunch of guys on rookie deals. it's the only way the nba allows you have a bench anymore. the new cba is a disaster.

Always thought OKC needed to win one clutch game to take this series. No day but today for the Thunder.

This board hated him. Said he couldn’t shoot, had high hips or stiff hips whatever the narrative was, couldn’t defend, etc. and pretty much called him a scrub. Nobody at the time of the trade felt bad that he was traded. Now it’s why did we trade Obi

Unequivocally false.

Spoiler:

But what I’m more pissed about is the lack of recognition of how crucial our bench strength was particularly at the 4.

To start the game 5 2nd half vs CLE, Randle went out and Obi had 12 points in that 3rd quarter to help cement the series W.

In game 5 vs MIA, Knicks were down 24-14 entering the 2nd. Randle was awful in the first and we looked like we were going to get blown out on our home floor. Obi comes in to start the 2nd while the other 4 who closed out the first stayed in. We went on a 18-2 run to start the 2nd.

Then Randle got out of his own head and had a really solid 2nd half to help us win it.

it was a strength that we had a guy this potent if called upon. This isn’t conjecture. I just gave you real life examples in the playoffs.

I just don’t get it.

Anyway, my assumption is

IQ Donte Hart RJ Hartenstein will be the 2nd unit to start the 2nd and 4th now

What an embarrassing thread.

Seriously..

So many bad takes, not surprising though. A few of us were right though.
