hey for the auction, since I know the fiba world championships would have started, what would be the ruling on signing overseas guys as long as they're eligible to be signed by nba teams in real life? or nbdl guys?

If they were Drafted by 2006 to 2010, played for an NBA Team Last Year, or are signed then it's cool. Otherwise no, sorry.
