Melo to Washington for Porter (or Oubre) or Melo to Sixers for some assets would be OK by me.

Hopefully whoever strikes out with PG goes after Melo.

I'm sure Melo loves his kid like most every other father but he's using him as a convenient excuse.

I'm guessing most NBA players have kids who's mothers they are not in relationships with and play in a different city then the kids in.

I said all along he isn't going anywhere. He's made it clear many times that a title isn't that important to him and has tried to convince himself gold medals are just as good.

His ego couldn't handle being a third option on a good team..hed much rather continue to chuck shots on the Knicks and his fans can continue to point to his ppg average as trying to claim he's a great player.
