27% from college 3 is being able to score at that level?

dude can slash and get to the rim but I wouldn't say he is a 3 level scorer when he can't shoot from the outside.

He played with a torn ligament in his thumb all season. That affected him hard. But he can def shoot it. There is a reason why he was a top 5 recruit out of high school.
