We're gonna end up with Jimmer or Nolan Smith, for better or worse. I was actually hoping Kentucky lost but they not only won, Knight hits the game winner. Sigh.

Id be willing to trade Dougie and maybe even Fields to move up and get Knight, but IMO Knight will be a top 10 pick now and out of our reach along with Kemba.

Sullinger says hes going to stay. Now we have him, Tristan Thompson, and Jordan Hamilton saying they want to stay. The draft would be weak as hell at that point so nobody great is going to be there at our pick. Sigh again.

I'm not sold on prospects saying their returning right after losses, like at all. It's all spin control to me, it's been done over and over. Sure the entire CBA does loom in the minds, but passing up on the NBA for another year for some is outrageous. Some truly do love the college scene, but not sure fire top five picks.

Tyler Zeller is nobody's salvation. In exactly what world would a soft jumpshooting center who can't defend, rebound or block shots help us?

the good thing is, a **** load of teams already have point guards, so i think its possible that the knicks could move up to get one.

Teams that need PG's in front of us:
Kings - Too high in the draft. (Irving)
Cavs - Too high (Irving)
Clippers -
Pistons -

Odds are one of Clippers/Pistons draft Knight.

For Kemba, the only team I see taking a flyer on him is Jordan's Cats. However, I think DJ is more than a capable PG, and they have other holes to fill.

I'd be more than happy with Kemba running the show for us next year.

true, but i think if they have a player in which they think can be a transformative one for the team they'll go with him regardless of position, i think irving is that guy.

i think this team needs to do whatever it can to get a guy like that cause it's gonna be a while before we even have the chance to add any guys with tat sort of value.

Craft is probably the single best perimeter defender in college basketball. He shuts down point guards like it's his job, and pretty soon it will be. Knight needs to work on his PG abilities for sure, but he has the ability to get it done.

Yes, I think he is highly overrated. If I'm drafting top 5, I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole. All hype.

I don't recall Marvin doing anything his only year at unc while the heels have relied on harrison down the stretch of multiple games.

Thank you. The two are nothing alike. Marvin was drafted all on potential. Harrison has been the backbone of this UNC team. All hype? LOL

Marvin was a key player, but a sixth man nevertheless. Marvin was behind the stacked UNC team that featured Felton, McCants, May, Williams and that other starter who alludes me. Barnes this year has carried the team with Henson for the most part, the whole hype thing got blown out of proportion because he wasn't Kevin Durant or Michael Beasley out of the gate. He has been carrying them for a nice time now and with Marshall in the lineup he has gotten better.

Only thing Williams and Barnes have in common is position and school.

I don't think he's really quick with the ball in his hands, and I don't think he will be able to survive at an elite level with his frame. I don't think he'll ever be a #1 or 2 option.

I'm really surprised and impressed by matt howard's improvement this year. he looked goofy last year. this butler team is solid.
