Is he better than Dotson or Trier?

I would def take him over Dotson or Trier since he has the potential to be better. Really good shooter, plays smart...4 year guy so should be ready to contribute right away. Would fit in nicely next to RJ.

Bane is a little slow and robotic.

I still think we're at the point in our rebuild that we can swing for the fences and go with the best talent. I know we desperately need shooting but we still need that number one guy. I'm just not sure RJ is that guy. He's really good and is going to be a 20 ppg scorer but more like a 2 or 3. Haliburton just screams role player to me and don't know if that jumper of his will translate cuz it's low and slow.

I think his jumper will translate. His jumper is like Jaren Jackson Jr. I thought Jaren's shot was not going to translate despite the good percentages and it did. Im not making that same mistake again so I am buying into Haliburton's shot lol

There two different positions though.

Depends what the team that drafts hailburton is looking for out of him. If He’s being drafted to play more of a side role and hit open shots, defend, make the right passes he should translate just fine along with his jumper.

If a team is drafting him and expecting him to play like some kind of go to point guard for their franchise then that probably won’t work out to well I don’t feel thAts his DNA. However if it is he’ll definitely be a steal pick.

But to me he is pretty much a high quality role player like a Malcolm brodgon

Yeah Idk if he will be that go to guy ever. But I'd still take a Malcolm Brogdon type player on this team all day

Been waiting for this to drop and it did not disappoint. I recommend this to everyone who is not familiar with his game. Goes into his game dating back to high school. Comparing him from high school to college, you can see a lot of growth. He also said he has been working on his weaknesses the past 4 months, watching full NBA games from 1985 and studying film on old school bigs. Wiseman has also been emphasizing motor throughout the whole video which is great. He didn't have a great motor in high school and he really worked on it in college and continues to talk about how important it is for a big man to always play hard. Great sign. He seems like a smart kid and looks like he did his homework on watching film cause he gave thorough answers to every question Mike Schmitz asked. I hope he becomes a Knick. It's also pretty cool that he can speak Mandarin.

Kinda flatfooted. Maybe as a 3. Whatever he is, he certainly is not better than Dotson and Trier.

Only 3 weeks until the lottery. At least the day it was scheduled to happen. I'm still not sure if they're doing it.

"Right now Melo is focused on the weight room and working on his game training with Lavar. His father is doing a phenomenal job. He already put seven pounds of muscle on him. He's working out with Lonzo and Gelo trying to get ready for whatever comes next. He's grown half an inch in the last few months."

He's got a lot of Lou Williams in his game. I see the speed and I guess that's what brings up the Fox comparisons but other than that he reminds me a lot of Lou Will

He's going to be good. There's a lot of prospects in this draft that I like especially in that 5-30 range.

Same. I’m really hoping we can grab an extra pick in the teens. Kira Lewis, Nesmith, Ramsey, Saddiq Bey are the most intriguing to me.

Humongous no for me on Halliburton. SCREAMS role player. Would rather take the chance on Lewis or Josh Green.

Late lottery - yes, top ten - Hell no. Kira is a non athletic, shoot first Ja Morant, without the fancy passing too.
