Not sure if he's an all star, but if we get him and play him consistent minutes, it's a fantastic pick up. Good, young, cheap up and comer.

I like Randolph. Excellent athlete and good shotblocker, young with upside.

Our sources aren't actually sources, we're just milking everyone so that when LeBron chooses the New York Knicks or Chicago Bulls, everyone will be surprised. Also, we're not stupid enough to actually tell the you team he's going to, because then the 1-hour special would be pointless. We're just trying to create suspense since we're ESPN and that's all we care about.

People here know what the initials ESPN stand for, right?
Entertainment Sports Programming Network.

They have Entertainment before Sports in their initials. This is all about soap opera and sports and getting ratings. The apparently do to sports what Fox News does to politics. They turn it into a circus for ratings. And if you hate being played like this, then get a gripe.

I am also resigned to the David Lee trade (instead of Bron), and interested in seeing how that pans out. Would be awesome if AR and Gallo explode with Amare, and then the Knicks get one more piece to join in the mix, like Parker or Melo. And then this team happens to go somewhere and do things the normal way.

If he's so great then why was Golden State so bad? Lets not kid ourselves.

That would be the most genius move ever on Walsh's part.

Seriously. That would LITERALLY be a story book ending. Isiah would essentially be absolved of EVERYTHING.

Cant get a much better ending to this movie than that huh? Isiah comes and helps out. We get LeBron and Isiah gets his dignity back. NY doesnt hate him. He helped us get the King.

Hey I could be totally wrong, but this just makes too much sense. Ive been trying to figure this out like a movie and what better ending could there be?

Like I said before, Don Nelson hardly played Randolph and did not develop him AT ALL. Nellie is horrible with developing young talent. He prefered to run out washed up Mikki Moore for 30 minutes over ANthony Randolph. I think before his injury Randolph averaged about 18 mins a game. Maybe less.

It's just so freaking ridiculous it might just work. As well all know that's Isiah's M.O. to basketball moves. Imagine the show starts and Isiah is sitting next to LeBron. -Jitpal

Randolph for whatever reason never got the minutes under Nelson. He does have a lot of potential though. Hey guys F Lebron tho, we can still be a good team and can build something solid for the future.

Because they play no defense, and they had tons of injuries. Most of the year they played D-Leaguers. Last I checked David Lee was an allstar on a bad team. Donnie has a problem with the kid, the fans in the city love him, but the guy just won't play him consistently, similar to Toney Douglas situation with the Knicks.

...I mean...the more I think about it...the more it seems likely.

I may be delusional, but doesn't it make sense that Walsh would help Isiah out? He tried to let Isiah have his dignity when he was on the way out, if I recall correctly.

If we make the trade with GS, there are two things I want to mention. First, we would have an incredible amount of young tradeable talent. Think about it. Randolph, Gallo, Chandler, Douglas, Azibuike (sp?), Walker -- all these guys have shown they can play in the league. Throw in our three picks from this year as well. We could put together a great package for a Chris Paul or Carmello Anthony.

Second, everyone on realgm is intrigued by Randolph. I loved him coming out of college and I had him in my top 3 for us in 2008 along with B. Lopez and Bayless. But his agent knows that his skill set is unreal. GS approached his agent, wanting to talk about an extension and he asked him an obsene amount of money! We need to be careful with this.

Guys don't you think we're reaching quite a bit? I doubt he cares about Zeke that much.

Within two yrs Isiah Thomas will be back running Knicks. I thought that when he left and now I'm convinced of it. He's Dolan's favorite

We'll have to wait and see. But doesnt it seem odd that wed fly Isiah of all people at the last minute to talk to LeBron? Really? Isiah? What could he possibly say or do to convince him? Unless we already know LeBron is coming and just playing dumb. Which again would make Isiah look like a savior for helping us out.

But im just delusional. Dont mind me.
