Chandler isnt doing anything. Hes a free agent in 30 games...its not like hes locked up in Denver for the rest of his career. He decides his future.

Nothing about that article gives any credence to the conspiracy that hes trying to sabotage a thing. The article leads readers to assume it but then states that any reader believing that Chandler is deliberately trying to do anything is essentially grasping for straws. Crafty little article.

I dunno, whether WC is allowing all this to affect him and he's using some of it to help him long term, it is seemingly a potential issue in trying to complete a deal with him in it.

Maybe it has something to do with Amare's agent? The rumor was he was going to sign with Amare's agent so he would have a better chance to stay in NY. Maybe he was told he was being traded. -Jitpal

3. Trades are part of the business.

As far as Chandler and Denver goes...

Hell get to play his position without having to share it, look for shots or be second guessed about every move or mistake. Hed have the opportunity to be the guy on a team that will also offer him plenty of oportunities to put up stats and...as a result maximize his chances at a big payday.

If i was essentiially a backup plan i would be looking to go elsewhere as well and wouldnt be distraught if dealt. In fact id take it as a plus.

Not exactly... He is a "restricted" free agent... Meaning if any team who is eligible offers him a contract Denver can match the contract and keep him...
