LOL. Don't worry, I'll make it painless for you.

 Seriously the bet you guys made can literally come down to a few games at the end of the year. IF Harden goes down for any period of time... I think that'll help the captain.

:meditate: :wizard: Our bets are at odds with each other...

Of course, if Lin goes down for any length, we're both ****...

They would be better though, but not threatening.

Well, they'd need some pieces... a few shrewd moves... but I put a huge premium on big men with skilled post moves and Bynum is one of the best in the league. They just open up so much for other guys.

Obviously, Bynum's health is no guarantee. He's a chump personally, but it saddens me that a few of the better young pivots (him and Oden... even Howard potentially) may be cut short by injury.

Great. Not worried much. I get to be the bigger person since I took side with overwhelmingly better odds.

Your only real shot is if Harden goes down, but even then Lin won't make the FG% and APG numbers.

really short sighted statement here...not to say that they will, but the top West teams haven't been hit by the injury bug at all yet, specifically to their starters/6th men and especially when it comes to their best players. OKC, Memphis and the Clippers starters and 6th men have missed a combined 9 games this year...compare that to the Knicks who have missed a combined 14 games from just Melo and Felton...not to mention Shumpert has yet to play a single game or that Amare has logged 5 games this year...or compare it to the Bulls and Pacers who have missed Rose and Granger all year...

We've yet to see the best of what the top Eastern teams have to offer.

I don't think the Knicks will be fully healthy ever. As much as I want them to win it's hard seeing them being healthy enough to win. They haven't been fully healthy at all this year to even know what the team is going to look like. Pacers aren't championship contenders. I could see the Bulls being championship contenders because of how great their defense is. That's depending on Rose though. Even then, I don't know if they'll have enough fire power to win.

That's just what I think. Anything can happen though. Hope for the best.

Indiana is a better defensive team than Chicago by a fair margin, right now they are actually the 6th best fg defense of all time, only being beat by teams from the lockout 98 99 season and the 2003-2004 season, consider that they were a top 10 offense with Granger last season and they could be every bit the contenders Chicago can be.

Hmm I guess stats do lie because no way the Pacers are better defensively than the Bulls..

If Granger even makes their offense average they have as good of a shot in the East as any non-Miami team. Don't want to give them home court either, since they are elite there (15-3). I think it's fair to say they weren't a "fluke" last season, as many called them here, they are just as good this year despite not having their best scorer for a single game all year, and any team that plays D like them has a chance to contend in the playoffs.

Does Hollinger's SOS rating rate only the last ten games or the whole season, because if it's whole season the Pacers have played the weakest opposition of any team and that would be pretty beneficial towards those accolades...they're not an impressive team imo.

It's astonishing how many former Knicks are playing well this year.

Add Wilson Chandler to that list. He came back strong today.

"Our goal is bigger," Rivers said. "So is the Knicks', but maybe that's part of their goal and that's their first step. But our goal is bigger than that. There's not one divisional banner hanging up in Boston. There's not even a conference championship banner hanging up in Boston. Maybe we think bigger." Doc piling on.

The Nuggets "are looking to deal" Timofey Mozgov, league sources told Fox Sports Florida.
