Congrats to the VCU Rams. We should hire Shaka Smart. Those guys competed harder than I've seen the Knicks play defense.

With Kansas loosing, if UNC wins I pretty much got my bracket on lock. With Kansas and Duke loosing I am on cruise control if UNC wins. I was also the only one out of my office to pick Arizona over Duke.

UNC has a front court that is huge, John Henson 6"10 and Tyler Zeller 7'0, that's an NBA front court.

Kentucky moving on to the final four and hopefully winning it.
As far as VCU, I can see people picking them over Georgetown easily, over Purdue MAYBE, I would think your lying completely if you had VCU/FSU, beating Kansas that's photoshop. Insane.

You can argue that he isn't the MVP of his team, Harrellson has been amazing.
There is also Kemba.
VCU has been a team attack.
Butler has been the Mack/Howard show.

Id give it to Kemba at the moment, though Knight is certainly right up there.

Knight and Kemba are sitting comfy in the top 10 right now. No way we have a shot at them unless we trade up somehow.

The stars are aligning for Jimmer to the Knicks. Im tellin ya. Hes #3 behind the 2 aforementioned PGs IMO, but he will have to do. I cant see us picking anybody else. But then again I can def see Jimmer going before our pick too, in which case we should def take a flyer on somebody big.

Kemba's second. I think between the gamewinners and the fact that Kentucky has had the tougher road Knight gets the edge.

I think Kemba has it so far

lol @ there even being an argument for anyone but Kemba right now as tourney MOP, and Kemba just basically played two road games out West.

1/8 in the opening round game against Princeton for 2 points and 5 assists, he was excellent against WVU no doubt and was the difference, 3 for 10 for 9 points against OSU, then had a very good game against NC today with all those 3s(most at moments when UNC was putting together runs). I understand he had 2 gamewinners against Princeton and OSU, but it wouldn't have even come to that moment if he hadn't played like trash in both games. I really don't even understand how there is an argument to be made for him, in Kemba's "worst" game against Arizona he still had 20 & 7, and had the decisive fall away jumper that proved to be the winning margin. As for the tougher road, OSU was easily the toughest team either UConn and UK faced in the tourney, but its not like UConn had it easy either, facing two tough west coast teams where they were basically dealing with a road atmosphere. I would love to hear your reasoning why you would put Knight ahead of Kemba right now, either way this will likely be settled this upcoming week anyway.

I never said that Kemba had it easy. But it's not like there's a clear choice here. The are by far the 2 best options, and Knight has had the harder path. I told you my reasoning: He's been unbelievably clutch, and he's navigated his team through the harder path. For you to just ignore Knight as an option is just ignorant.

How is it ignorant when I have watched both of their tourney performances, looked at their stats, and have personally determined that Kemba has had the better performance by a good margin? I would even put Shelvin Mack ahead of Knight at this point.

Well your personal determination is way off. It's much closer than you suggest, and Mack isn't even the most valuable player on Butler.
