Quick tip since I had that same issue:

Upload on imgur, copy the link, add "i." in the url before imgur and add the file extension ".jpg" or ".png" at the end. Worked for me.

Avatars? Do I really need one of those? Really?

it's fine not to have one. it's just multiple people with the same one that's confusing.

thx - let me investigate!

tbh I must be at an extreme end of some spectrum. I know posters' names, but I really doubt I could identify avatars - at least beyond those that people have posted in words about (eg HW re the Kanter avi, buzz re the Frank avi and his current G-leaguer avi). I'd have no idea, without cheating, what your avi is, but 100% recognize your name.

It's weird, for me, as I did have many people insist on another (non-bb) board that I had to have an avi or else "no one" would read my posts.

Good for Frank. Another team is going to end up stealing him away though.

Sure Payton is Perry's guy but Dennis is the one that got away in the Frank draft that Phil handled 30 seconds before he got canned and the Knicks got ridiculed over while he also is the main piece that came back in the KP trade so there's some incentive to have him maximize his potential by playing well. I suspect Pills will give Smith every opportunity to get big mins because of the investment in him and he's one of the few players that looks like a flashy star type of this roster.

Frank has Phil's stink on him and is also a reminder of the failure of his tenure so the kid is fighting an uphill battle with this FO to get any real consideration as part of the future other than trade fodder to get something in return. Many fans know you need players like Frank with his type of defensive glue guy stuff and may be patient to let him develop but this FO hasn't shown the same intentions with Frank or in general.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

Teams with playmakers will be beating down the door to get him, and these idiots will trade him only to try and find a player like him later on when they realize putting a guy like Frank next to Barrett is a smart idea.

Frank showed what he is.
Stout defender and with confidence he can organize your offense and hit shots.
21 years old - really would be a crime to give up on him.

Problem with Knicks is they don’t understand roster construction. Anyone with eyes can tell that Frank is a nice fit long term next to DSJ and RJ

Yeah im kind of annoyed of franks good game. Would love to get him. Doncic/Wright/Brunson/Frank would be a perfect mix at the guard positions.

Too bad we cant deal our 2020 FRP, would trade it Top-10 protected in a heatbeat for Frank.

Yeah, Frank compliments a lot of different players well. Frank is unique with his size and ability to defend PGs so can really be extremely valuable. If all pans out well he could be the perfect compliment to RJ. He even pairs well next to DSJ and Trier.

But even last year Fiz went with all chucking/no defense backcourts so I dont have a lot of hope he will figure it out.

If Frank can just shoot 35% from 3s then he will get enough playing time to make an all defensive team.

Right now he is playing like he did his rookie year. Strong defense with intangibles and ridiculous +/- stat on most nights. But he is actually a scoring threat now.

Frank's mental fortitude is what really stood out. He knew this was the biggest game of his career, and rose to the occasion.

A lot of people wrote him off after the 2nd quarter. I'm glad he bounced back.

Frank is still on the team, right? What's with the conspiracy theories? I mean I know it's RealGM but still. You think Mills is actually going to say "wow, Frank looks good now, but he's a Phil guy GOTTA TRADE HIM NOW!!" That's crazy. The real issue is finding minutes for him on a team with actual depth. Good thing is he's under team control for at least two seasons and again, is only 21. Crazy to think he's still a baby when it feels like he's been on the team for years.

Fizdale is not a good coach. The Knicks thought he’d be able to recruit top free agents to come here. He didn’t. I hope we fire him this season.

Frank reminds me of garlic. The ingredient, garlic. Not pretty on its own. Often gets overshadowed in dishes. Not as attractive physically as spring onions, shallots, regular onions, etc. Sometimes just as expensive as the others. But goes with almost every single dish and makes just about every dish better. And doesn't need to stand out like other condiments/veggies (basketball analogy... doesn't have to pull off crossovers or dunks all the time)

When it comes to Frank what kills me is if we were to put him on other playoff teams he would fit in soo nicely.

Frank/Harden
Walker/Frank
Lenard/George
Luka/Frank
Curry/Frank

Its good to say it again, and again, and again but when Frank plays with a very well define role he plays great ! Based on his D he annoys all the time his opponent PG.
His ability to shoot is vital and the fact that he's not scared anymore shows a lot about his game.
Last yr he didnt work a lot on his handle but before the competiton started we could see lots of skills abt it and we ALL can admit that we see the fruits of his hardwork, which is another very important component of his game/personality.

But for me, what's more important is to see his reaction at the end of the game :
We dont see someone super happy, jumping around because he made history! We see a very composed dude who knew what he was able to achieve, did it and right away in his post game interview said "now this win is behind us, lets focus on Argentina".
That shows a lot in term of attitude, experience and motivation.
With him, we (French or Knicks fans are on the same boat) are on the good wagon, lets just keep giving him LOVE

There are a lot of signs that he is not in their plans based on how they used him last year, how Fiz likes to play, based on the players they brought in and the trade rumors in the offseason.

That could change, but it does seem like he is/was the odd man out and all it will take is the right offer.
