Quickley should have no impact on this draft. Give me Suggs and figure out the rotation later and there's no reason why they couldn't play together anyway.

We aren't getting Suggs though it seems to good to come true
DENVER NUGGETS
Jamal Murray/Ty Jerome/Dante Exum
Zach Lavine/Ayo Dosunmu/Corey Kispert
Aaron Gordon/Harrison Barnes/Isaac Okoro
Jakob Poeltl/Moussa Diabate/Karlo Matkovic

Zags look gassed you can tell they haven't been playing or practicing.

Suggs is almost the perfect lead guard for RJ too with his 3 point range. With Cade their is some duplication of RJ's skillset. Still got to take BPA (whoever that is lol).

Suggs had pretty sloppy in the second half. Had like 4 or 5 turnovers and missed alley oops but still managed to hit a huge step back three that pretty much iced the game. The turnovers is something I want to keep an eye on cuz I hope it's not a recurring thing that happens to him. I'm guessing that having so much time off cuz of a covid outbreak could get you out of sync. Still incredibly impressive that he hit 7 threes today cuz IIRC he wasn't know as a flame thrower from 3 in high school. Wait till the professional trainers get their hands on him in the spring if he can fix a jumper on his own.

I don't think it's a coincidence that Boston undoes his braids and he's hitting step back jumpers and drawing fouls. Bad hair= bad player

Firm believer in the hair/headband theories.

I only checked tankathon's mock and didn't see him there so I assumed he wasn't one   We should take him with the Hornets or Pistons pick if he stays a second rounder.

this draft is insane. the top 4 rn look special: Cade, Green, Suggs, Mobley

Suggs is exactly what we need. can play both on and off ball, defend, pass, shoot. what can't he do?

talent-wise, Green has to be in the conversation. he looks like a future star with his fluidity and athleticism

huge Mitch fan, but Mobley is a better fit at C for us

I did a 2k sim and we ended up w/ picks 2 and 4..... :dontknow:

I'd be thrilled tho if that pick lands anywhere in the lottery. FiveThirtyEight projects the Mavs have a 72% chance at the playoffs (projected as 7th seed). w/ the depth of the West, it's no guarantee they make it, tho I think they will

Exactly what I've been saying. 2010 does have a point about durability because of the style of basketball her plays but looking at his body he can put on another 20lbs and still be quick. He plays big and physical but he still has a teenagers body. When he's 25 nobody is going to be able to guard him.. he has a real shot at putting up 30 and 8 in his prime. I schit you not.
