Have you guys been following this. I'm not really religious, but if the bible states that no man will know when the apocalypse will come, what formula are they basing this from? I actually think this might a really awesome ad campaign for a new JJ Abrams movie in October. Cloverfield 2 confirmed?
Not sure but I hear it was based on a combination of the following ingredients...

Forget the "Sky is falling suff" what's more of an religious issue is this rise of demonic possessions. Very interesting stuff. Anytime the church has been plagued by dark clouds (The Inquisitions, the rampant secularization of our society) exorcisms explode. Most are just head cases, but the scary cases are the scientists and educated people that get caught up in this stuff and can only get heeled through religious based methods.
Do other religions have their version of demonic possession? I wasn't sure if Muslims, Jews, and Hindus also experience this sort of trend. I don't believe too much in dogma. I do believe in an ultimate creator. I believe science was how it did it. And I do believe geographics and culture fragmented their own interpretations of spirituality, into what ultimately became world religions.
I'm not a religious nut at all, but I have a spirituality. It doesn't seem like a popular thing these days. The irony is that while I say I am not that close to worshiping anything, its the secular folks who worship material items and desires more than anything I can relate to. The Golden Calf is still among us.
