it's okay to admit that he's going to be good in the league

There's a lot of good players in the league, when will he become a star?

also i'm not comparing the two, melo is clearly the better player. gallinari's game would fit with every elite star in the league, he compliments every player you can think of just because he's a team first guy.

what i'm bringing up is that many knick fans thought this guy was and is still a bust, i clearly remember 2010 saying that wilson chandler is better than gallinari simply because gallinari "doesn't want it"

gallinari is very efficient and if he can raise his field goal % up then he'll just be better. he has a .561% ts, which is very good. melo btw has a .569% ts

Most knew Gallo would not be a star in this league, and there is no way he will.

Not sure why you're comparing stats then say you're not comparing players.... It seems you are.

The guy averages 13 shots a game. Miss me with that TS% crap.

lets play a game, if it takes 13 shots for gallinari to get 17 points ... how many points will gallinari average if he takes 15 shots?

I'd probably flip a coin as to wether he'd go 3-15 or 12-15 from the field.

that's 50% of him being good or bad, gallinari is way too efficient this year and for his career to make your post true

The only game i can recall gallo having a good shooting night was against Dallas when he has taken 16-shots or more.

The majority of the other times he has been bad.

He's best at around 13 shots, he's that kind of player.

Gallo is a very good and valuable player in the league, not many SFs can shoot the 3 as well as him. He may not be an all star during his career, but he is one of those players kinda like Batum or Deng that would be a great fit on any team.

If Gallo is just a role player you should have absoutely no problem naming 5 small forwards in the Western conference that are clearly better. When I say clearly I do not mean may be better. I mean without a doubt clearly better. I will start you off. Kevin Durant. That is 1. You only need to name 4 more.
My eyes glaze over when reading alternative stat (not advanced stat) narratives that go many paragraphs long. If you can not make your point in 2 paragraphs it may not be a great point. :D

That's it.

He's prob the 7th best SF in the game.

So name 5 Western conference SF that are without a shadow of a doubt absolutely better than Gallo. It should be easy if he is just a role player as his haters claim.

I wouldn't be surprised if OKC won this game by 30 pts. The Memphis Grizzlies look terrible without Mr.Gay.
