That’s what you thought that was? I thought he was trying to pull a T Mac and alley oop himself and threw a bad pass  I guess I was giving him the benefit of the doubt.

I’m rocking with Nico over Cole. Another good game with 24 pts.

He just did a self alley, Hezi just old man yelling at the sky.

It’s part of basketball, it’s flashiness.

Which prospect has the least reliable jump shot?

That'll be the Knicks pick.

Based on the limited minutes I’ve watched them I agree, Nico has looked like the better player.

For Nico Mannion, I'd be wary of Jimmer 2.0 stuff, but if has a shred of athleticism, the new "no defense" NBA should allow him to thrive.

I think it's something that some teams and fans haven't adjusted to. Players who couldn't make it in the league 10 or 20 years ago can now, if they can shoot and are skillful, if not as athletic, as long as they are athletic enough.

Even Jimmer still couldn't make it, even now. It has to be a tick more athletic than that, but not by a lot.

Too creative a passer to be a Knick.

Who was the last exciting passer the Knicks had who wasn't washed up?

He can take his show to another city. Don't let him near that New York uniform

By the way that was clearly a pass to get a rebound, he had no intention of scoring the ball. It wasn't an alley oop, it was rebound hunting

Lamelo is the perfect "we gon get you right" prospect for the Knicks. I mean absolutely perfect. Can never have enough of those

Somebody tell me what Lamelo Ball can do that Tyrese Haliburton can't? I'll wait

If you really want a flashy PG with size, then atleast target the one who has better skills than Lamelo.

Let me put y'all on

Fugly looking shot but he shoots with confidence and range and he's more efficient shooting from outside than Lamelo.

Excellent defender with nonstop activity, energy, hustle and awareness.

Good court vision and can throw some flashy dimes too.

Athletic and quick

Ball handles are tight and compact even though his combo bag isn't that deep he does have a killer crossover and get get by his defender when need be.

He's very much like SGA, maybe has some Dejounte in his game as well. Typically not my ideal PG but would much rather have him than Lamelo.

I am one who would gladly take lamelo.
I think that was an attempt at an self alley oop and or just a quick pass out of a potential traveling violation. I could be wrong though

However lamelos passing and size is fantastic and I think his shot can easily come around
The thing with his game and you see some of it
In those highlights. He seems very crafty with
His handles to get To spots much like (don’t kill me for this comment) Luka.
His handles are very good and you can see several times in that video he uses it to freeze the defender just for a second to either get past him or much like Luka set himself up for a step back. If his shot can be consistent , I know a big if. His potential is the highest of anyone in this class because his passing skills are extremely special
