Is it too late to send the Wizards back their pick rights to facilitate a trade for Whitmore?

Who would we trade?

He makes so little I think we could S&T a minimum contract

My money is they send Kispert to the Warriors for Kuminga. That is MLE money and a decent contract for Kuminga and a decent S&T return for the warriors.

We’re a very large fanbase. So the odds of no one, at all, wanting a specific player is low.

No big man insurance if Mitch goes down will be the down fall. Hukpooti can’t be who you turn your head too on a serious contender

they are saying they are just going to play young guys and motivated to keep it.

I would be tempted to offer it for Champagnie...they have so many young wings...send it back for a controllable 6'6 two way wing.

NY kid...would fit in perfect as a 10th man in our rotation.

Stop frontin', you like Yabuty

Although, the Knicks needed a center like Huff for cheap. They wouldn't be able to do the Whitmore deal because of money but Huff is the modern big that would help them. Now he goes to Indy and winds up blowing up for them because he'll get mins replacing Turner spot in the rotation.

Plus the Griz also signed Jock Landale? Geeze man

Knicks refuse to do anything about the center depth, they better hope Huk can contribute in the rotation because Mitch won't be healthy the whole season and just having one other 7 footer in KAT is not going to cut it.

I like Yabuty but him being a small ball 5 is only a match up situational thing, not something you want to employ every game because of an injury.

This is the best off season in decades possibly but this coach man... I don't think all the great signings can offset the incompetence of Mike brown...

I’d be very happy with Achiuwa or Boucher as our last signing. Then there are Thomas Bryant, Isiah Jackson (!) and Trey Lyles as well as BJ Boston and Javonte Green too.

Return to New York Knicks
