Looks so confident in his jumper and had a great look in pick and roll to Mitch. Way different from last year.

Thought Zo had some moments running point too.

Frank looked good. Still got heated up a little bit by Peters. Smaller quick guys will do that to him so it's good practice to have to go up against that every day.

Rj looked like a rookie trying to fit in. Didn't see as much passing from him as i would have liked to but i think that'll open up more in an official atmosphere

I'm really interested how far Fiz is going to lean into RJ as a playmaker this season.

It will be a very rough adjustment for him right now, IMO.

He's a slasher and needs as much driving angles as possible. This is why the Randle signing wasn't good, because he occupies those angles and Mitch in there gives the kid very little room to play his game. Knox as a stretch 4 works much better. I would like to see Dotson out there with them also but a 2 guard who can shoot would be beneficial. Move RJ to the 3 and let him play the Caris Levert role as a slasher. We also need a PG that can knock down jumpers consistently.

i really wanted trier to start but not at the expense of rj. but with all these vets....if he starts mitch, knox & trier it's hard to complain.

it also shows he realizes how important it is to have multiple shooters in your lineup

Randle didn't really do anything today but try and post up. The way Fiz talks about it, you'd think they would be playing similar ways on opposite sides of the court. Attacking angles.

RJ isn't a someone who is going to take it at you like Oladipo. You're right, he needs to come off of action. Hopefully, there is more to the offense in that regard than what we saw, because Randle can't just plant himself there like that.

Who knows though? Maybe they won't share the court that much or Randle will play the 5 when they do.

Knox is going to be a beast. He’s visibly putting in the work required to become a great player and that’s during ages 19-20 and has the right mentality and attitude. He doesn’t just sit around and play video games all day look at his mfin arms

i got to see him finish in the paint more. it still looked a little weak today, he threw up a floater that wasn't close.

Knox isn’t yet a good dribbler but as that tightens up he can become quite good. The rest is all there but will need reps. I even feel like his D will improve a lot. He was blocking Fatty Z.

Knox really has worked a lot on his game and his body. You can easily see it.

Not that confident in Fiz changing Randle's game too much and it's because of him I think some of our guys games won't get maximized. Hopefully we can use him as a trade chip at the deadline

yeah it was just his 3 point shot that was falling today. I didn't see anything else different. But hey if he gets that close to 40% he will be a valuable player because of his size and ability stretch the floor. Like GO said...if he plays the shard role on offense that is effective. Lewis was at least a passable defender though and ok rebounder so Knox has got to a do a little else but consistently knocking down open shots is a start.
