if any prospect tells me there favorite player is Jimmy Butler during interviews im drafting that dude. Work ethic, leadership, has it all. Came in as a nothing prospect. And turned himself into a great player in this league.

I would've put Rondo at the end. He makes clutch plays and is a winner. Give him an open shot and he'll make it.

Spo is a great coach, no doubt about it but Riley laid out the groundwork for him to step in and take over. As good as Spo is, it's still Riley who set that foundation there and him still being there to oversee things has helped Spo become as good as he is. Knicks have been rotten from the top and that's why no coach, no matter how good they might have been, never had a chance to really succeed.

Not that Fizdale is some good coach but the point is we haven't had the right leadership in place for a long time

Riley's attitude & grit were evident first of all with the Show Time Lakers - specifically, needing to show to Kareem that beyond having acquired great players (first with Magic, then with Worthy) he was capable of out-organizing every other team, and specifically Boston (and to a lesser extent the 76ers).
