Despite Mike winning a championship I really don’t think there’s that much of a gap between him and Tom (and I’m a fan of Mike Malone) and most Nuggets fans have long been calling for him be fired well before he won and after

I remember there was some tension between Coach and front office regarding roster design already months ago.

Booth was just the fall guy for ownership, all his moves were made because ownership didn't want to pay the cost to keep KCP/Brown on the team, so they had to try and find guys in the back end of the first round to fill holes. He had a big whiff on Nnjai, but Braun was a home run.
